It is time to settle in to a comfortable,

Quiet space.

Allow the body,

Mind and soul to be here now in this space.

Be present with the body and with each breath.

Breathing in and out.

Each breath allowing you to become more calm,

More clear,

More comfortable.

Breathe in and out.

Allow the mind to be ready for sleep by thinking or saying these affirmations now.

I am so grateful that I get to sleep.

I allow my body and soul to rest.

With each breath it becomes easier to go to sleep.

I clear my thoughts of yesterday,

Today and tomorrow and I am present here and now.

It is safe and natural for me to go to sleep.

I allow myself to remember the natural rhythm of my body's sleep cycle.

My body knows what to do as I fall asleep.

The more I relax,

The better I sleep.

I love to sleep deeply all through the night.

I allow my mind to be clear and calm.

I allow my body to be clear and calm.

I allow my soul to be clear and calm.

I am grateful for this time that I have to sleep.

The sleep that I get is restful and rejuvenating.

I remember how easy it is for me to sleep.

I let myself do what I was designed to do as I go deeper and deeper into a state of sleep.

Each breath brings me deeper into sleep.

Now keep breathing deeply.

Letting the stomach rise and fall.

Any worries or cares of the day,

Just wash them away with each breath.

Any thoughts that come in,

Just gather them with your breath.

Then blow them away with each breath out.

Any feelings that come in,

Gather them with your breath.

Then blow them away with each breath out.

Inhaling and releasing.

Feel a calming sensation moving through your body.

Allow the body to go deeper and deeper,

Closer to the state of sleep.

With each breath,

You allow yourself to go deeper.

Allowing the breath to bring this sensation of relaxation into the body.

Imagine a warm,

Gentle light flowing down to you from above.

Allow this light to clear all energies,

Emotions,

Entities,

And experiences from your day.

Clearing and cleansing all of you from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

Notice as it reaches the crown of your head,

Let the light fill and move through you.

Let the light fill your mind and the spaces of your mind,

Clearing any thoughts from the day.

Let the light move through your ears,

Clearing any noise or energy that was heard from the day.

Let the light move through your eyes,

Soothing the muscles,

Releasing any tension,

Clearing anything that was seen through the day.

Let the light move through your mouth,

Relaxing your jaw,

Your lips,

Clearing all that was spoken through the day.

Let the light move through your neck and shoulders,

Gently clearing all energy and emotions that are held there.

And the light moves down gently through the heart.

And let the light in your heart pulse through your entire body,

Moving the light through the veins to every cell and tissue,

Every space and place.

Everywhere the light touches,

It soothes and calms and relaxes,

Preparing you to go deeper into the state of sleep.

Allow each pulse of the heart to bring you deeper into relaxation.

Let the light move through you.

Let the light move through your spine,

Clearing the space as you feel so supported by this light.

Move the light gently through your legs,

Clearing and moving all the energy from the day.

The light clearing and moving all energies,

Emotions,

Entities,

And experiences from your day.

Continuing to breathe and with each breath,

Notice all these things clearing and moving from your mind,

Your body,

Your soul.

Notice the light from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

So calm,

So clear,

So connected.

See,

Feel,

And imagine this light moving out of your feet.

Imagine the light growing roots to the ground of the earth.

These lights grow roots,

Growing and flowing,

Connecting you and grounding you to the earth.

Be surrounded,

Supported in this light from above,

From heavenly divine light to the earth,

Grounding and supporting you.

This light clears and connects you,

Filling your soul for peaceful sleep.

The light soothing and supporting your body as you relax,

Release,

And sleep.

So calm,

So clear,

So comfortable.

Even deeper down to sleep until the entire body feels so light.

The soul feels so clear.

You are safe,

Supported with this light all through the night.
