Take a few deep breaths in and out,
Long and loud.
Imagine the breath as a force that allows you to flow more easily.
Breathing in,
You receive new life,
New breath,
Refreshing your life force energy.
Breathing out,
You release old energy that is no longer necessary or needed.
Keep breathing out any stagnant or stuck energy out of the soul,
Clearing all the spaces of your body that have been stuck and unable to receive.
Breathing in and out,
Releasing and renewing.
Scan the body from the top of the head to the tip of your toes.
Where do you notice that there is no flow?
Where do you notice parts of your body that are not receiving this new life energy?
Give permission to this part of your body to release any barriers or blocks.
Give permission to this part of your body to be open to receive new life.
With each breath,
Breathe this new life force back into the spaces of your body in need of life and light and renewal.
What is keeping you from receiving this divine flow?
Delete,
Dissolve,
Or disintegrate it now.
Imagine this block becoming dust and then blowing this dust away with each breath.
Like the wind,
Move this dust far,
Far outside your body,
Your soul,
Your energetic field.
Notice yourself clearing and making space for new life and light.
Notice the spaces in your body that are now ready to receive this light into them.
Seeing divine portals of abundant light flowing into your body,
Being open to receive.
You are open to receive now.
See the body and the spirit open and receiving now.
Connect to that infinite bank of the divine abundance flowing to you with angelic assistance.
Imagine this pillar of light is infused with truth about receiving.
Allow this truth to be reintegrated into your mind and soul and yourselves,
Removing any beliefs that are yours or others and replacing them with the truth.
As you speak or think these statements and questions,
You activate the remembering of your desire and capacity of giving and receiving.

How does it feel to trust that I am receiving all that I need and desire?
What would it look like to receive everything I need and desire?
How does it feel to receive more abundance?

How will receiving more freely help me to give more freely?
What would I do if I received an abundance of everything I need and desire?
