Take a few moments to get quiet,

Calm and comfortable.

Allow yourself to relax and release with each easy breath.

Deep cleansing breaths,

Allowing yourself to connect.

Each breath clearing the mind,

Body and soul.

Each breath connecting the mind,

The body and soul.

Each breath brings you closer to you.

To the you that has all understanding of your life,

Past,

Present and future.

Sense this inner knowing of all that you have been.

Sense this inner knowing of all that you are.

Sense this inner knowing of all that you will become.

And breathe in and remember,

Reviewing through time.

Bringing the memory into the past year,

Reviewing thoughts and feelings,

Experiences and emotions.

Bringing the memories of the year.

Bringing to mind something you were proud of.

Bringing to mind something you were grateful for.

Bringing to mind a mistake or failure you learned from.

Bringing to mind a hurt or heartache you healed from.

Bringing to mind someone you loved.

Bringing to mind something you enjoyed doing.

Bringing to mind something you lost.

Bringing to mind something that you found.

So much has changed in a year and hopefully you found yourself changing.

How have you changed this year?

See,

Feel and hear you at the beginning of this year.

Now see,

Feel and hear you now at the end of this year.

What is the difference?

Have you changed?

Have you learned?

Have you gained?

You are new and different and each year allows this to happen.

A new year is upon us,

Bringing new experiences,

Possibilities and opportunities.

What will you become this year?

What will you have?

What will you do?

What do you desire to have this next year?

See and feel these things you want to have this year now.

What do you desire to do this next year?

See,

Feel these things you want to do next year now.

What do you desire to be this next year?

See and feel this new you now.

How does it feel to be this you?

What do you look like?

What do you say?

What do you wear?

What do you do differently?

Notice this new you now.

How it feels to be you,

To have,

Be and do all that you desire in this new year.

To become,

To transform,

To do things differently.

To draw in the life that you dream of.

Doing all this from a place of knowing and trust that all that is meant for you is on its way.

All things that are working together are coming together for your good.

Allow all these things to come into you in the best and most divine timing.

Trust that all this is coming to you more and better than you can imagine.

Speak or think these things now.

I trust that my desires are coming in divine timing.

I am open to receive what I desire.

I easily let go of old patterns and beliefs and open myself to new and better ways of being and doing.

I allow myself to reveal the best version of me.

I already know what I am able to do,

Be and have.

I am deserving of all that I desire and I allow it into my life.

I am progressing in this new year with hope and excitement.

I am forgiving myself as I develop new ways of being and doing.

I give myself grace and space to learn new things.

I am excited to see who I become this next year.

Feel and hear this version of you now,

One year from now.

Use this symbol or word to remember who you are becoming,

To remember this new you.

Every time you see or think or say this symbol or word will become a memory of this moment when you created this new you.

Breathe it in.

Let this new truth and this new you settle into your body,

Into your soul.

Each breath takes you there and allows you to remember and reconnect to this new you.
