This talk will guide you through a mindful dialogue. It will give you a structure in order to hear each other and understand each other. After identifying each person's needs, you will brainstorm solutions. Please note: The dialogue will be most effective if you use a feelings list and especially, a universal human needs list. Please be close enough to your device to pause it frequently. This process is adapted from Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication and John Kinyon's Mediate Your Life course.
