What is the soul of your business? How do you create a connection? This is a short talk followed by a frequency practice to deepen your relationship with your business and understand how you can work together to turn your goals into reality. The practice will build your intuitive wisdom as an entrepreneur and includes some simple questions you can ask yourself regularly to keep moving towards your vision.

How do you get to know the soul of your business?

I work with frequencies to build your relationship with your business and understand its soul focus and intention.

Frequencies can be called upon for clarity and insight.

When energy moves into form,

A collection of frequencies come together to hold the energy in a particular way.

You are a collaboration of frequencies.

Your business is a collaboration of frequencies and both are part of the universal collaboration of frequencies.

The ideal is harmony and balance.

That starts within for each of us as entrepreneurs and extends out to our businesses.

The more individuals are in balance through the way the frequencies are held,

The more the collective harmonic is attuned to universal consciousness.

It's a process.

Bringing business into harmony can begin when we understand the frequencies we are working with inside our individual businesses.

This means we can begin to loosen the hold of outdated or misaligned thinking,

Systems,

Processes and behavior and then begin to create alternatives that break the mold and bring the freedom required to let the energy fulfill its sole purpose.

Business energy is structured around five layers.

The first is the essence and truth of the energy,

The soul.

This is where we will be focusing.

This layer of energy is where you find resonance,

Truth and alignment.

The second layer is the business DNA.

This expands upon the first layer with nuanced understanding of how this energy wishes to be expressed.

Here is where we have creative desire,

Purpose,

Vision,

The transformation it catalyzes as well as the global impact it creates.

The third layer is the energetic structures.

This includes our belief structures,

Business model,

Brand identity,

Leadership style,

Authority development and sole client focus.

The fourth layer is the energy body where the design of your services,

Message and visibility come into play.

The fifth layer is the entity where the community of your business lives and interacts and the life force energies are released into flow.

Each of these layers weaves together more and more frequencies until you have a form.

If you've worked conventionally in your business you will have worked from the fifth layer down to the third but no further.

I work from the inside out so that you always have an anchor into the soul of your business and more than this you understand how your business is built from energy into form and how the frequencies work together to keep your business whole.

When I discovered frequency work it was a total revelation because I finally understood how to make sense of an image that I was always seeing of someone throwing all the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle up into the air and then them magically landing in place.

What frequencies give you is insight into the energetic workings of your business and the ability to understand how one simple change can impact the whole.

It allows you to ask the right question of the right frequency when you need insight or guidance.

The questions you can ask of the soul of your business will help you reconnect to the soul-driven reason you started it.

It will bring you back to the truth of your business and the scale of your desire to do your soul work.

The soul of your business is a pure frequency.

It's actually the second frequency that comes into play.

The first is what I call the Big Bang Frequency,

The explosion of consciousness that drew the soul of your business into being.

There's no real form at this stage,

It's pure energy.

The minute we start to get form without anchoring into this energy we begin to find it difficult to undo and redo parts of our business.

It gets stuck in place and hard to shift without a massive effort or explosion.

It kind of reminds me of Wish the Wizard in The Wizards of Once where she has to blow herself up to defeat the witch and pull her energy back together again.

The final time she does this her energy travels so far she nearly cannot come back.

This is something I see often when clients want to burn their business down.

It's because the pieces are stuck in place.

Nobody wants to get to that place in their business and we can avoid that by understanding how the energy works as individual frequencies and then tune those frequencies accordingly rather than blowing it up.

The Soul Frequency is the heart of your business,

The DNA,

The circulating blood.

It's why you're doing this,

The truth of your role in Universal Consciousness.

It's a big energy but it is an energy that lives within you because you created it.

The spark and the power lives within you,

No matter how big it feels,

You are the holder of it and more than capable of building your business around it.

You will have to develop your capacity to work with it by activating new energy flows and expanding your energy system.

You will also have to learn how to hold that energy as a fully functioning business in Integrity by using your innate creativity to design your business around the energy.

This is my work,

This is my focus,

Helping you to do exactly that.

And we have to start at the beginning to get the ball rolling.

Today I want to connect you to the two innermost frequencies of your business and then give you some pointers to begin the process of building your business around them.

These frequencies exist whether or not you have started your business.

They existed from the time the idea came to you and you decided to respond to it.

So you may find yourself holding the energy of your business in your field without actually having one.

So take a deep breath now,

Fill your belly and let it go.

And just settle yourself into a comfortable position.

Follow your inclination to close your eyes or keep them open and take a few deep breaths,

Following that breath in and out,

Feeling your heartbeat slowing as you drop into your body.

Begin to drop your awareness and energy into the earth and anchor yourself into the earth through your roots.

And the deeper your roots go,

The taller you become.

As you draw yourself up,

Feel how held you are,

But also how free.

Keep focusing on your breath and begin to breathe a circle into place around you.

With each inhale,

Extend your energy out all around you.

Invite into this space the energetic guardians of your business to hold it with you.

And relax and find stillness in this space.

Into this stillness,

Invite the Big Bang Frequency of your business energy.

This frequency is the spark,

Impetus and raw energy of your business.

Frequencies appear in their own style.

It might be a fluttering awareness at the edges or a full-blown dramatic entry.

Pay attention to your energy and how you react physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally.

It's not unusual to assume that you're in your head and creating this,

Or to push it away because it feels too big.

Your responses are part of your resonance with the energy in this moment.

Notice the movement,

Colour,

Sound,

Smell,

Touch,

Shape of the energy.

It's speaking to you in ways you can intuitively understand right now.

It doesn't need to make sense.

This is purely intuitive understanding and the meaning will emerge if given space now or in the future.

Intuition speaks through your sense.

This rises into understanding.

The connections are created and the picture is formed.

The more closely you notice your responses to this frequency,

The quicker those synapses are created.

It is a whole body experience that shapes your understanding.

Ask this frequency to move to one side briefly so that you can invite in the sole frequency of your business.

This is its essence of being an expression.

The energy that speaks of soul truth.

It is an energy that speaks to the souls of others.

It often defies words but it is rich in feeling.

Pay attention to how it appears and how you feel.

Notice how your energy changes in its presence.

Breathe your energy field into expansion to match it.

This is a meeting of energies that are in partnership,

Sharing a bond so deep it defines both you and your business.

Allow that feeling to permeate your whole energy field.

This is an energy that does not need to be limited by words,

Only held in all that you do.

Observe,

Feel,

Absorb and find your stillness in this energy.

Ask the energy to move to the edge of the space and ask the big bang frequency to move next to it and then invite them to begin to weave together.

They may not need an invitation.

This begins the process of weaving your business energy from the soul outwards into its expression.

As the energies dance and find their form,

Observe and feel.

Your response is important.

It will show you where you may doubt yourself or hold back and you may feel where you need to support the process of working in partnership with these energies.

The colours,

Sounds,

Shapes,

Emotions that arise from this weaving are your anchors for holding the truth of your business in every business action,

Decision and choice moving forwards.

Your understanding of this is intuitive.

Your mental understanding will arise in time,

Most likely when your focus is elsewhere when it can find the spaces to slide into your awareness.

For now,

Just feel.

When you feel ready,

You can thank the frequencies and your energetic guardians.

Let them float away and breathe your energy back into your core,

Bringing all that awareness of your experience into your body where you can hold it in yourselves.

Take some deep breaths and open your eyes.

Your experience today will have been visceral.

The knowing in itself is valuable.

It's a touchstone but it can go further and show you how to build your business on energetic foundations.

For now,

Take a day or two to process before you do anything.

You will need those spaces for the awareness to make its way into your understanding.

Drink plenty of water and move your body with lots of stretching.

Come back to your breathing frequently.

The slow rising of intuition into awareness leads to long-term knowing.

When it's forced,

The connections between all the pieces aren't made because the synapses haven't formed.

I see this a lot where people want to get into their heads straight away and the simplicity of the energy gets confused with all the parts and systems that already exist in their businesses and it all becomes entangled and messy.

That's the opposite of what we're aiming for.

The more naturally this energy communicates,

The easier you will find it to determine what is in resonance and what is not.

Let it come slowly and it will be clearer when it arrives.

And then when you next have to make a decision in your business,

Come back to these energies and ask some simple questions.

Is what I want to do what is needed right now?

Is the way I am intending to approach it in resonance with the soul of my business?

If there is dissonance,

You will feel it and you can ask,

Is there a better way to approach it?

This might just be a simple adaptation or it might be a new approach altogether.

These questions will ground you and your actions in the soul of your business every single day.

You will move with soul and that will be felt by those in your field,

Within your audience and community.

It will be reflected in your presence and communication.

You will be surprised by how it impacts others and shapes your business.

Some people will move away,

Some will move in.

They are simply reacting to their own resonance with the energy you are holding.

It's part of the dance of life.

Hold the soul of your business and your path will open up.

Be open to what appears and lean in to the magic of opportunity.
