Spring Equinox - Expressing Your Light

The spring or vernal equinox is a calling to express your light, to draw energy deep from the earth to greet the returning sun. As the seasons change, your energy changes too - rising up and out into the wide blue sky of possibility. The music on this track was created by Lesser Celandine, one of the first spring flowers. As the veil of winter's night disappears into the whispers of emerging light,

Deep from within the earth,

A new energy rises to the surface.

The sun's gentle glow warming the soil,

Sending murmurs of rebirth deep into the heart of the earth's light.

A strong rhythmic beat pulses inner light up through the layers to greet the emerging roots of life,

Tendrils of energy weaving essence into expression.

Brilliant lightness beckons the energy upward into the expanse of limitless sky,

The gently warming earth signalling the march of change.

Seeds swelling in the late winter rains,

Cracking open,

Transforming the promise of new life into a life to be lived.

Breaking through the edges where earth meets sky,

Beginning the journey into the blue.

There is no scrambling through the undergrowth to reach the freedom of the wide sky.

It is there,

Waiting to breathe freedom into the emerging leaves.

Through the long winter it has bided its time,

Waiting for the light that comes from within the earth to join the warming of the sun.

Waiting to cast a crisp light on the shiny new growth that glistens like stars in the grass,

Beckoning with infinite space,

Freedom,

Lightness,

An invitation to expand,

To be,

To shine.

Winter passes the torch to spring,

Earth smiles at air,

The batten is passed,

Seasons have turned,

With a deep breath that fills you beyond the brim,

Spilling out and up into the realms of endless,

Limitless possibilities.
