Find a comfortable position.
Sitting.
Or lying down.
Gently close your eyes and begin to notice your breath.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it softly for a moment.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Again.
Breath in calm and breath out tension.
Let your body begin to soften.
Your shoulders drop.
Your jaw.
Unclenches.
Your forehead.
Smooths.
And I imagine in front of you.
A small glowing bubble.
It's soft and luminous,
Gently shimmering with calming colors.
Perhaps light blue,
Soft lavender,
Or warm gold light.
With each breath in.
The bubble begins to grow,
And with each breath out,
It becomes clearer.
Stronger.
More protective.
Now imagine stepping inside this bubble as you enter.
You feel an immediate sense of peace.
This bubble is your safe space.
Nothing negative can enter here.
Outside noises fades away.
Stress dissolves at the surface.
Only calm.
Comfort and stillness exists inside.
Inside your bubble.
Notice how light your body feels.
As if gravity has softened.
As if you are gently floating.
Every breath you take fills the bubble with warmth and calm.
If any worries appear.
Managing them gently touching the inside of the bubble.
And then sliding away.
Dissolving completely.
You don't need to fight them.
They simply cannot stay.
Now picture your bubble slowly lifting.
Floating upward effortlessly.
Carrying you above everything that waits on you.
Below you.
All the tension becomes smaller.
Quieter.
Distant.
Here.
There is only space.
Light.
And peace.
Stay here for a few breaths.
Inhale.
Calm.
Exhale.
Release.
Inhale.
Clarity.
Excel.
Heaviness.
When you're ready.
Imagine your bubble gently lowering you back down.
Softly.
Slowly.
Safely.
And as your feet touches the ground again,
The bubble remains around you,
Still protecting Still calming.
Still present.
Take one deep breath in.
Slowly exhale.
Wiggle your fingers.
Your toes.
And when you're ready.
Gently open your eyes.
Carry your bubble with you.
And you can return to it.
Anytime.
