I'm going to talk a little bit today about a novel concept called inherent emotions.

That's to say that inherently we have emotions or a light spectrum within us,

A spectrum we can call love.

If you put a prism to this spectrum,

You'd have upliftment,

Joy,

Wisdom,

Serenity,

Peace.

These are all aspects of love.

These are all inherent emotions.

These are all inherent to who we are.

There's a few inherent emotions that you wouldn't consider to be emotions,

Like building for instance.

Building is an aspect of love and it's an inherent emotion.

It's an inherent part of who we are.

Love builds when we're connected to who we are and we're in love with life.

Things get better.

But it's not necessarily something we'd consider a positive emotion.

You wouldn't say,

I'm feeling building right now.

But it is.

It's an inherent emotion.

It's a part of love.

So when you think of an inherent emotion,

Think of,

Is this a part of love?

Another couple examples would be open.

Open is an example of love.

Love is open and you can be open hearted,

You can be open minded.

That's loving.

Another aspect of love is invitation.

It's not necessarily a positive emotion.

You don't say,

I'm feeling invitation right now.

But it is an aspect of love.

Love is an invitation to feel peace,

Joy,

Forgiveness,

Wisdom,

Harmony,

Excitement.

And when you're connected with love,

You invite others to do things.

You invite others into your life.

You invite others,

Of course if it's safe,

But you invite others to participate in life with you.

You invite others to share their story.

When you're in fear,

You might not be curious about others.

You might not have that invitation.

So this is an aspect of love.

Now let's work with these inherent emotions a little bit.

One that we can embellish on or put the magnifying glass to is Inherent Emotion 74 which is fulfillment.

Let's allow ourselves to feel more fulfilled.

Repeat after me.

I choose to improve my relationship to fulfillment from the light of the light of me.

Now take a deep breath.

Now that aspect of love is more glowing.

It's more,

It's released of its burdens.

A lot of times when we experience life in difficult ways,

What happens is it puts shadows onto our inherent emotions.

It tries to dim our light.

Now that light cannot be dimmed or diminished,

But it can have shadows on it.

And what we do with Believe Love is we remove these shadows and allow these aspects of love,

These inherent emotions,

To be free,

To be clear,

To be vibrant and bright.

And that allows the negative emotions to go on their way because they've done their job which is to bring us back to the truth of who we are.

Let's find an inherent emotion that's a little stuck right now that has a shadow on it.

12.

Nourish.

Now we could look at this from an objective point of view and say maybe we can nourish our bodies and our lives better by eating better food and having better relationships.

Or maybe it's just having a better relationship to that aspect of love which is nourish.

Either way,

Repeat after me and let's improve it.

Ready?

Here we go.

I choose to improve my relationship to nourish,

Which is an aspect of love,

From the light of the light of me.

Good.

Now take a deep breath.

Say nourish out loud.

Probably sounds pretty darn good because we just improved our relationship to it.

We just removed all the shadows from it.

Now it's vibrant and bright.

So this is an example of what inherent emotions are,

How they work in our lives,

And what we can do to improve our relationship to them.

You can repeat this track.

You can write down the phrase,

I choose to improve my relationship to,

And then insert any inherent emotion or positive emotion from the light of the light of me and that will remove the shadows from it and allow your life and light to be more vibrant.

Hope this has been helpful and have a blessed day,

Week,

Life,

Etc.

Because you're awesome.
