What can we do in our time on this track to have a positive change?
To have some sort of shift in consciousness,
Some sort of shift in being that'll allow us to be better than we were when we started.
I like to do these daily practices.
My muscle test what positive emotion we need to reconnect to.
What aspect of our true selves do we need to establish a connection to that wasn't so strong before that will allow the negative stuff to go bye-bye.
That will allow us to feel our best selves and that will allow life to feel more manageable.
That's how I like to do these daily practices and that's how I like to do these shifts.
It's really simple and I think it's elegant.
So let's begin.
Building is going to help us.
Building is not just something that we live in or work in or go to frequent to get our groceries or flowers.
It's something that's an aspect of love.
It's an aspect of who we truly are.
We build.
When we're in a loving space the things that we do get better and they build.
When we're in loving space our relationships get better.
They build.
And what's going to help us with this next phase of our life,
This next segment of our life,
Could be the next 20 minutes,
It could be the next two hours,
It could be the next few days.
What's going to help us with this segment is having a better relationship to building which is an aspect of who we are.
I developed a phrase,
It's really simple.
Just repeat after me to improve the relationship to building and move on to what's next.
Here we go.
I choose to improve my relationship to building from the light of the light of me.
Good.
Now take a deep breath.
Fulfillment is going to help us next.
Fulfillment is the next thing to work on to make this segment of our lives better and allow our connection to our true selves to be stronger.
