Transcript

This meditation is designed to support relaxation,

Awareness and healing for those experiencing vulva pain.

Take this time to cultivate gentleness,

Patience and a deeper connection with your body.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

You can sit in the chair with your feet on the floor or lay down with your body fully supported.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Allowing the air to feel your belly.

Hold it gently for a moment,

And as you exhale through your mouth,

Feel the tension begin to melt away.

Take another slow breath,

And as you exhale,

Imagine your body sinking into the surface beneath you,

Fully supported and safe.

Bring your awareness to your pelvic area,

The space that holds so much of your strength,

Energy and sensitivity.

Imagine this area bathed in soft,

Warm light.

This light is gentle,

Soothing and healing.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing calm,

Nurturing energy into your pelvis.

And with each exhale,

Release any tightness,

Fear,

Discomfort you may be holding there.

There is no need to force anything.

Simply allow your body to relax at its own pace.

If it feels comfortable,

Place one hand on your lower belly and one hand on your heart.

Feel the connection between these two centers,

Between your emotions and your physical body.

Now imagine your pelvic floor muscles,

Like the petals of a flower.

With each breath,

Visualize these petals softening and opening gently,

Without any pressure or urgency.

If you notice any areas of tightness or discomfort,

Send your breath to those places,

Surrounding them with compassion and patience.

Imagine the soothing light expanding into these areas,

Bringing relief and ease.

You might silently repeat to yourself,

I am safe in my body.

My body deserves kindness and patience.

I am not broken.

Healing is possible one moment at a time.

I am safe in my body.

My body deserves kindness and patience.

I am not broken.

Healing is possible one moment at a time.

Visualize yourself standing in a peaceful sunlit garden.

In this space,

You feel completely safe and supported.

The warmth of the sun on your skin reminds you of your body's capacity to heal and grow.

See yourself walking through this garden with confidence,

Feeling at home in your body.

Trust that this journey is not about perfection,

But about gentle progress and self-love.

As you prepare to return to the present moment,

Softly repeat these affirmations after me.

I am patient with myself in my healing journey.

My body is strong,

Resilient,

And worthy of care.

I welcome softness and ease into my life.

Now take a deep breath in,

Feeling this sense of calm and trust expand throughout your entire body.

Exhale slowly,

Letting any remaining tension melt away.

Now exhale slowly,

Letting any remaining tension melt away.

When you feel ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Notice the sensation of the air on your skin.

Open your eyes slowly,

Carrying this sense of safety and self-compassion with you.

Thank you for taking this time for yourself.

Healing is a journey and you are exactly where you need to be.

Feel free to repeat this meditation on a regular basis to experience its full benefits.

Namaste.
