Welcome to day 14.

Let's take a moment to scan through your body and send some inner emails of relaxation.

Start with the feet.

Move up through the body,

Feel your calves.

Thighs.

Hips.

Belly.

Chest.

Invite all body parts to relax.

Your back.

Shoulders.

Arms,

Hands.

Neck.

Throat and face.

Remember that you're only sending an invitation to relax.

There's no need to force anything.

Just allow whatever you feel to be here right now.

Sometimes we encounter a tense or painful area that just refuses to relax.

Did you ever experience this?

Or a very persisting negative thought that comes back again and again and again.

And in these moments we easily buy into the idea of permanent unhappiness.

Voices begin to whisper in our heart.

I'll never be free from this.

I'll always have this pain.

This relationship will always be a problem.

It will always be like this.

Wrong.

Life in itself is change.

Your body is changing in every breath.

Old cells are decomposed and new cells are born.

Even if you are completely still with your body,

You are still moving with an astronomical velocity.

Because the earth you stand on is both spinning and flying through space.

The ocean of air around you is always changing.

So is the moon and the stars and all of life around you.

Even the most stubborn pain changes the moment you become aware of it.

So be wary when you hear thoughts telling you that this pain or this problem will persist forever.

Question your own mind.

Is it true?

Did you ever have an experience that lasted forever until now?

Tune into your breath and allow whatever sensations you experience to come and go.

Let the breath flow and imagine the wave of air it makes in your lungs.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

You Wow!

Congratulations!

You finished the second level.

Who knows what awaits above the clouds?

Another wonderful meditation. I'm on a fixed income but maybe one day I'll be able to take the course on the website. Until then I'll just repeat the ones on here. Thanks!
