Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for setting intentions.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs,

And exhale slowly,

Letting go of any tension or stress.

Let's do that two more times.

Relaxing your body on each exhale,

And as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,

Bring your awareness to the present moment.

Feel the weight of your body against the surface beneath you.

Notice any sensations in your body,

Whether it's warm,

Tingling,

Or relaxation.

Now bring your attention to your heart center,

The place where your intentions originate.

Visualize a warm,

Golden light glowing within your heart,

Radiating outwards with each breath you take.

This light represents your intentions,

Pure and full of potential.

Take a moment to reflect on what you wish to manifest in your life.

What are your deepest desires and aspirations?

What positive changes do you want to see unfold?

As you reflect,

Take a moment to choose one of those desires,

Maybe the one that brings you the most excitement.

Take a moment to acknowledge this desire.

What is the desire?

How will the desire feel once you're living it?

Take a moment now to construct one sentence that affirms your desire,

Which we will use shortly.

For example,

I intend to embody inner peace and harmony,

Spreading positivity to all I encounter.

Another example,

My intention is to attract abundance and success with openness and positivity.

Now let's clarify your intention for this desire.

To do this,

Imagine as best you can,

As if your desire has already happened in the future,

And you are living it.

Take your time here to get a clear picture in your mind of your desire and see it as if it has already happened in the future and you are living it.

Take your time here and construct a specific and clear picture in your mind of your desire as if it's already happened.

Once you've created the image of that desire,

Allow it to take shape within the golden light of your heart.

See it as if it's already come to fruition,

Vivid and alive.

Feel the emotions associated with your intention,

Whether it's joy,

Gratitude,

Or peace,

And take your time to allow that image to take shape within the golden light of your heart.

Now repeat your intentions silently to yourself,

Using the sentence you constructed earlier.

Use positive and empowering language.

Affirm with confidence and conviction,

Knowing that your desire is within your reach.

Continue to repeat your intentions silently.

With each repetition,

Feel the energy of your intention growing stronger and more vibrant.

Sense the alignment between your thoughts,

Your emotions,

And the universe at large.

And as you continue to hold space for your intention,

Imagine it expanding beyond the confines of your body,

Reaching out into the infinite expanse of the cosmos.

Know that the universe is listening,

Ready to support you in manifesting your desire.

Take a few moments to bask in the energy of your intention,

Soaking up the feelings of empowerment and possibility.

Trust that your intentions are already on their way to becoming reality.

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Take a deep inhale,

Filling your lungs with fresh energy,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any remaining tension or resistance.

With each breath,

Feel yourself coming back to the present moment,

Renewed and invigorated by the power of your intentions.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and return to the world around you.

As today and the days ahead flow,

Take time each morning and evening to reconnect with the energy of your intention.

Repeat the affirming words you constructed and sit in the energy of your desire,

Remembering that you can return to this meditation whenever you need to reconnect with your intentions and realign with your goals.
