Gratitude in this context can help release tension,
Offering a moment of reflection and appreciation for the journey itself.
Buckle up or settle in on whatever mode of transport you are taking.
Take a deep breath,
And let's begin.
As you begin your journey,
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling calmness and exhaling any stress or tension from the day.
Take your time here,
Taking in a deep breath of calmness and a deep breath of tension out,
Another deep breath of calmness in,
Hold it for a few seconds,
And a slow,
Low release of tension.
One last long,
Slow,
Deep breath of calmness in,
Hold it for a few seconds,
And a slow,
Long exhale,
Releasing tension.
Let's extend that now by releasing any worry or stress you may be carrying.
Transitioning back to your personal state,
In a state of joy,
Is an important part of work-life balance.
Let's release the day you had.
Reflect on any challenging interactions or situations you had.
What wasn't in flow?
As you travel on your journey,
Consciously reflect on those situations,
And as you do,
Let go of any negative energy.
As you recall the day's activities,
Feel into the stress or worry it caused you,
And allow that tension to dissipate with each exhale.
On the exhale,
Focus on the freedom and release that comes with leaving the day behind.
Take a couple of minutes here to release.
