Welcome to this meditative journey of self-discovery and healing.
This meditation is for all levels of meditators and requires an average ability to visualize
or feel into the meditative journey.
The five emotional states,
Comparing,
Competing,
Complacency,
Contentment and complaining,
Act
as barriers to our inner peace and authenticity.
They obstruct the flow of our true energy,
Hindering our ability to lead fulfilling lives.
However,
By addressing these emotional cancers,
We pave the way for profound healing and restoration
of balance within ourselves.

This guided meditation will support you to identify and release one of the emotional
cancers so you can feel freer in your day-to-day life.
Let's get started.
Finding a comfortable position,
Either lying down or sitting up.
Let's begin by taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and close your eyes gently at the top of
the breath.
And a long,
Slow exhale,
Relaxing your body on the exhale.
Taking another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And on the exhale,
Relax your jaw,
Drop your shoulders,
Relax your hips and pelvis,
Allowing
yourself to fully immerse in this moment of inner reflection.
As we begin,
I invite you to bring your awareness to your normal breath.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhalation and exhalation.
Feel the rhythm of your breath anchoring you to the present moment,
Grounding you in this
space of tranquility.
Let's breathe together for a moment,
Relaxing on each out-breath.
As you continue with the natural rhythm of your breath,
Allowing relaxation,
I invite
you to reflect on a moment when you found yourself struggling with one of the emotional
cancers,
Comparing,
Complaining,
Competing,
Complacency or contentment.
You can now choose one of these emotional states that resonates with you the most in
this moment.
Allow your memory to take you to the moment you were actively engaged in the emotional
cancer.
How did you feel in that moment?
How was your energy?
How did you feel being triggered by the emotion?
How did you feel after you engaged this particular emotional cancer?
Be honest and vulnerable with yourself.
Did it serve you for the greater of good?
Allow yourself to fully acknowledge and accept the feelings associated with this emotional
cancer without judgement.
Let's see where this emotion is hiding in your energy.
Take a long slow deep breath in.
Make it the deepest breath you have taken all day.
At the top of the inhale,
Hold your breath for 4 or 5 seconds.
And on the exhale,
Scan your body to see where you are holding the emotional cancer in your
body.
It could be in your head,
In your heart.
It could be in your belly or legs.
It could be in multiple places.
Once you have witnessed where you are holding the energy of the emotional cancer you wish
to release,
Acknowledge that this energy is not part of your true self.
It is not part of your authentic energy.
Set an intention you wish to release this emotional cancer as part of this meditative
journey.
Now visualize a radiant light surrounding you,
Enveloping you in a warm embrace.
This light represents your authentic energy,
Your true essence,
Untouched by the emotional
cancer.
Feel its gentle warmth permeating every cell of your being,
Dissolving any tension or resistance
within you.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine yourself stepping away from the energy of
the emotional cancer.
See yourself releasing the grip it has on you,
Letting go of the patterns and behaviours
associated with it.
Feel the weight of this burden lifting from your shoulders,
Freeing you from its hold.
In this moment of stillness,
Affirm to yourself,
I am more than my emotions.
I am capable of transcending these patterns and embracing my authentic self.
I am more than my emotions.
I am capable of transcending these patterns and embracing my authentic self.
Allow these words to resonate within you,
Empowering you to break free from the cycle
of the chosen emotional cancer.
Now visualize yourself surrounded by a field of vibrant golden light,
Representing the
unique aspects of your being.
Take a moment to appreciate the beauty and diversity within yourself,
Honouring the gifts
and talents that make you who you are.
As you bask in the radiance of your own authenticity,
Feel a sense of peace and gratitude wash over
you.
Allow your radiant authentic golden light to flow through every cell and molecule of
your body,
From the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
Rest here for a couple of minutes,
While your subconscious self integrates the release
of the emotional cancer and realigns you to your radiant self.
Know that you have the power to overcome any emotional obstacle and reclaim your inner
harmony.
With a deep breath,
Slowly bring your awareness back to this present moment.
Taking another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And on this exhale,
Bring your awareness back
into your physical body,
Into the physical space you are in.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Gently awakening your body.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Carrying with you the newfound sense of liberation
and self-awareness.
Feel free to come back to this meditation at any time to work on any of the emotional
cancers you feel you are harboring in your energy.
Remember,
You are not defined by your emotions.
You have the strength to rise above the grip of the emotional cancer and embrace your true
essence.
