Edison Mahone Welcome If you can hear my voice,

Understand what I am saying.

My name is Peter C.

Brooks.

Together,

We are going to do what I call,

Machpia Le Guesi,

Machpia Le Guesi,

Or spiritual cleansing.

Over the next 10 minutes,

In order to calm your heart.

The first thing you're going to do to calm your heart is to slow your breathing.

Nice and slow with the music and the sound of my voice.

Breathing in,

As deep as you can,

As long as you can,

As long as you want to,

And then breathing out.

Just letting it all go,

Anything that has bothered you or stressed you today,

Just let it go.

All these things coming together to help you to relax.

And all the things that have harmed or broken your heart,

All the negative thoughts are leaving your body and you are becoming lighter and more clear and clean.

Yes.

There is a beautiful white light deep inside the center of your body.

Do you know where it is?

And you can feel that light coming from within your body and growing stronger and getting brighter and expanding.

Your light from within takes over your body and it heals it.

All the areas inside and out and around.

It touches and comes from your heart and reminds you that you are a child of the light.

And we are all related.

And as you feel this white light take over your being and pulsate from within your body,

Illuminating,

Vibrating,

Filling all the space all around,

You are reminded that you come from the light and will return to the light.

And you will look for the light when you meet people and all of your cousins,

The animals,

The insects,

The plants,

The grandfathers and the grandmothers.

You will look for the light and the light calms your heart.

I want you to imagine right now that you are sitting on the edge of a big lake.

You still have your white light around you,

But the lake or the pond is just beautiful.

You know the feeling that all humans have when they smile and they see a beautiful lake with crystal clear water.

You can see the fish swimming within,

The deer on the other side of the lake,

The trees,

The sun,

The mountains,

The sky,

An island in the middle of the lake.

It is your perfect place designed just for you.

And being here is calming your heart and mind.

Let not your heart be troubled.

For you know what it feels like to feel good.

And this is what you have chosen to feel good.

And so we are calling upon all our relations in all the directions to come to your aid right now and help your heart.

We are asking for you to receive núlideja,

Good heart,

Good heart and health and strength for your heart.

And you will nurture your heart by being true,

Sincere,

Kind,

Listening,

Forgiving,

Generous,

Humble,

Compassionate and caring.

And as you emerge from this meditation,

You feel better knowing that you are a better person because you have felt the light come from within you.

You felt the light within you take over your being and you were able to travel to a special place.

And there you shared a special moment with all of your relations.

We asked to help you.

And as this meditation comes to a close,

You emerge from this a better person knowing that your heart is calm and you have the courage to face whatever comes next because you are not alone.
