Jenny Kostoglacis

Jenny comes from the fast-paced world of journalism and has dealt with burnout firsthand. She knows exactly what it means to race through life at such speed that you wake up one day and barely recognize yourself. "Push a little harder here, do a little more there," she told herself. But somewhere in the midst of all the pushing and relentless striving — that's where she lost herself. She knew it even then: this wasn't the path she was meant to walk. It wasn't healthy, and it wasn't living. It couldn't be. So, she paused. And stepped onto the mat. Yoga made her realize that stillness and peace existed; she just needed to actively make space for them. With each breath, she found presence; with each move, she started to feel into her body and mind again, melting into complete relaxation and letting creativity flow effortlessly. She strongly believes that yoga is one of the greatest pauses available to us in the chaos of modern life. And it is her mission to create that exact pause — a moment where you can rediscover the pure joy of moving your body and where you step out of the noise and back into yourself.
