This is a Gatha (phrase-led) practice. This practice bridges the gap between silence and guidance. Use the phrases to anchor you within the silence. This Thich Nhat Hanh practice helps us to connect to all 4 elements. By bringing our attention to the four elements we can realise that we are not separate from the rest of the natural world, but that everything is connected. We can discover how the elements in nature are no different than the elements that run through every cell of our bodies.
