Pause & Breathe

Susie teaches mindfulness under the name "Pause & Breathe", within her local community in Central Scotland. She also uses a mindfulness ethos in her work as a Criminal Justice Social Worker. In her own practice, mindfulness has helped her to become more attuned to her emotional story, and to detach from unhelpful thoughts - particularly a self-critical voice. Susie is glad that she’s part of the revolution of meditation. There is nothing quite like being truly present.
