Hello,
Before going into guided meditation on clarifying your sense of self,
I just want to share some theory about it,
What it means.
Usually associated with various thought patterns,
Emotional patterns,
Reactivity,
Habits,
Conditioning,
And so on.
So that creates a very complex and sometimes even very dense and heavy sense of self.
Identified with that complex ego mask.
For which we used to live here on Earth.
So clarifying your sense of self.
Is very,
Very helpful to get a sense of freedom and peace and bliss and lightheartedness through which then we can reshape our ego mask and make it more transparent like a channel for that sense of boundless and truly loving himself to shine.
Fart.
To shine through.
Your daily experience.
So.
.
.
There comes a process of inner alchemy,
Relatively separating your sense of self from all associations.
Just to clarify that sense,
Just to experience that unconditioned sense of who you truly are at your core.
And from that space,
Again,
It is much more easier then to accept all the contents of your experience and it is more easy to integrate various experiences even connected to trauma and so on.
And this is what I found.
Very useful in also guiding people one-on-one in our sessions.
Where we can get stuck in this inner work and integrating our ego,
Our shadow is when we identify with it,
When we are identifying with our limited sense of self,
That assumption that I am this conditioned human being which has this history,
Which has these limitations,
Those complexes and so on.
And from that point of view we try to process everything,
To work things out,
But then we are greatly limiting ourselves and usually we get even more lost in that process.
That's why when I see someone very much identified with their emotions,
Reactions,
Beliefs,
I start to guide their consciousness out of those masks.
Yes,
I remind that that is just.
.
.
Like clothes that you can undress from time to time.
This is what naturally happens when we go into deep sleep.
We are fully letting go.
Personality structure.
And then it reassembles when we wake up.
But if that process is not conscious,
Is not realized,
It is just continuation from identification to identification.
So in conscious work,
In the meditation practice,
We are learning to do that process consciously.
And when it is conscious,
When it creates,
Various healthy changes in our daily experience.
Because then we become aware of that.
Pure,
Free,
Peaceful,
Blissful Self.
Unconditionally loved and loving self,
Which is our natural state.
Before,
During and after everything.
So that changes everything.
That changes our relationship to everything in a much more positive way.
And yes,
And then from that space we can truly form.
Positive relationship to our complex human experience.
Then it is much more easier to integrate and eventually with practice we are learning to integrate experiences in a real time,
To meet all the new experiences with more freedom,
Spaciousness,
Openness,
Compassion,
Love,
Loving-kindness.
Gratitude and therefore those experiences then do not linger in us,
We are not going as emotional derbies into our subconscious mind where we can accumulate that weight and stress.
So we are learning no longer to do that.
By integrating that pure sense of self into our daily experiences.
That is a path of true self-mastery.
And therefore mastery of your own life.
It is an art of flow.
With your lives.
Effortlessly.
Blissfully.
This enjoyment.
Which is our natural design.
Life is naturally designed to be appreciated,
Enjoyed.
So that's the idea.
We are relatively separating our sense of self and then integrating it back with all the contents of experience that we are having.
And more experiential immersion.
And that is on my following guided meditation called Clarifying Your Sense of Self.
So welcome to try it out and let me know how it is for you.
Much gratitude,
Blessings and luck.
