Greetings!
My name is Paulius Daukshas and now I'm gonna share about self-love and how to integrate our ego into a closer,
More intimate relationship to Source through compassion and love.
And also you can find guided meditation on that topic,
But for now.
.
.
I want to share about it and how essentially it is done.
So first of all,
We can acknowledge that There are some parts of our experience For which we are creating struggle and various degrees of suffering.
And that for the most part,
Yes,
Happens unconsciously,
Subconsciously,
But what it means that there is some compartmentalized,
Fragmented parts of our psyche parts of our ego,
Our sense of self that is not properly integrated into the totality of our being and life.
And Love,
Which is foundation of Life,
That Universal Unconditional Love.
So through that Love,
Integration happens.
Not by avoiding or trying to push away those unpleasant feelings or negative patterns.
So whatever arises in that nature,
In that negative nature,
Whether it is just negative thinking or some negative reactions,
Conflicts,
Various emotions as anger,
Hatred,
Sadness,
Disappointment,
Envy,
And so on so Those are signals from those unintegrated parts It is like crying for love.
So sometimes those parts are triggered by some circumstances,
Some events.
And those events,
Those situations can be small.
In a more objective sense insignificant,
But our inner reaction to that can be big.
So it means it is not about circumstances,
It is about those inner parts of ourselves that are trying to reach us.
And yes,
It is a calling for greater love,
For greater integration.
So it is best to consciously face those.
And pleasant.
Parts of ourselves that we called not preferable.
That we want to forget,
That we want to avoid at various costs.
But the more we do that,
The more we try to push away those parts,
The more toxic they become.
More chaos they engender in our experience.
So yes,
It is best to consciously face them with respect,
Acknowledgement and welcoming unconditional love.
To see into those.
Parts of our personality,
Those patterns of our behavior.
With no judgment,
Even if judgment naturally arises or shame on our guilt.
Can we meet those?
Without judgment,
With compassion.
Just open it.
By giving space and time for those ego structures to unravel themselves.
So yes,
Giving space and time is essential for self-love.
Just be with those emotions without trying to fix them and also without identifying with them.
But just holding space for them and giving them natural time to naturally flow.
And then that natural flow.
In that natural non-judgmental awareness,
Yes,
All those contents are naturally transforming,
Harmonizing,
Integrating with natural flow and development of life and your personality structure in your soul.
So one of the misleading myths that usually also are held unconsciously is fear to meeting those parts because we think if we gonna meet those negative parts of ourselves they will grow,
They will overpower us.
Or when those negative truths as for example unworthiness comes true.
But truly if we meet all of those contents with unconditional love,
That unconditional love naturally transforms them.
Into the highest possible goodness,
Into our natural state which is easeful,
Blissful.
So that is natural destination.
Of hours.
Ego.
To integrate into that.
And to become a tool for expressing that.
In greater and greater ways,
So that ego is never lost.
Never devalued.
It is integrated into harmony of life,
Into natural service of life.
So whenever we are facing that uncomfortable sense like something inside of us is dying we can know that it is not essentially who we are it is just our personality structure going through metamorphosis transformation reintegration.
And that naturally happens from time to time,
From period to period in our lives,
Because life is designed to be an evolutionary spiral.
Not just horizontal line from beginning to finish.
Yes,
Life is meant to be.
To be an evolutionary journey and there are some nodal points that we can experience like existential crisis,
Identity crisis or depression But those are more negative definitions of those natural periods of transformation.
That we can assist consciously through compassion and love.
So those periods then can be experienced in a most smooth way.
Sorry.
An even enjoyable way.
Then we feel that deep contraction that emptiness,
That lack of meaning in our lives.
Lack of motivation to do something when we just when we can just Sit into meditation.
And consciously give ourselves space and time to feel through whatever is arising and consciously breathing through.
Yes,
Breath also assists that process of integration.
Because breath is balance,
It is a balancing act and when we are consciously breathing deeply,
Then yes,
Then we are helping those emotions to rebalance themselves We are helping to move those energies.
And when those energies move,
Yes,
They are transforming,
Integrating into the seamless flow of life.
So.
.
.
Making space for yourself.
Accepting your time owning your time coming to peace with your time creates that proper attention that you can give to yourself and all of your inner contents and processes.
Naturally evolve.
And then again,
You can assist that process through conscious breath.
Conscious relaxation.
Conscious rest.
Feeling into that universal love that always surrounds you,
That always supports you unconditionally.
Because yes,
It is that essential substance,
More essential than air that you breathe.
So it is also very subtle.
You cannot perceive it with your five senses directly.
But you can.
Sense into it directly through your own being.
To your own heart.
Your inner heart,
Your spiritual heart,
You can sense that support,
That ceaseless pulse of life.
So that is unconditional love.
Always supporting and being supportive.
So by giving yourself space time Attention,
Conscious breath.
Relaxation,
Openness.
You can let in more of that love and then that love does miracles on your behalf.
So it is best to practice that as a separate practice.
When you are alone and you can truly give yourself space to being that,
But also you can practice that even in the middle of everything,
In the middle of activities,
Relationships,
You still can make more space and time for yourself.
Not at all.
Unconsciously react to everything but consciously respond to your own reactions that arise.
And thus neutralizing them and then going deeper into your loving heart.
And then you can respond from that loving heart through that loving kindness.
To whatever is happening in your environment.
But if you feel overwhelmed Then it is a signal that it is not a right time to act or to respond or maybe it is best way to respond is that to say to others that you need space,
That you are maybe tired,
That you are maybe feeling not well.
So communicating how you feel always is the way for greater self-love.
And in the same way giving space and time for others.
Help us down.
To get in a closer touch with themselves.
So the more you are becoming efficient in holding space,
This loving space for yourself the more efficient you will become to hold space for others.
Or just giving space for others.
When we are also overwhelmed or lashing out and we can just leave them.
That is also a form of love,
Of giving space and time.
So.
.
.
That toxic ego is usually always fighting with time and with space.
It always wants to fill the space.
It always wants to be ahead of time.
But that just prolongs the disease.
And to our soul,
Empty space.
Accepting natural flow of time is true medicine.
That space and time are truly wisest healers.
So yeah,
That is.
A true healing in a nutshell.
And yes,
For a deeper immersion into that,
I invite you to join into a guided meditation for that.
For now,
Take care and much love to you.
