
Daily Energetic Hygiene Practice
This short energetic hygiene practice is designed to help you call your energy back, release any energy that is no longer serving your highest good and expand out to occupy more of your energetic field. I recommend practicing this as part of your nightly routine to help clear and expand your energy. This meditation was recorded live.

You can be in any position that feels good for this meditation.
I like to do this lying in bed before I go to sleep at night.
You can do it first thing in the morning when you wake up.
You can do it on your lunch break,
Sitting up with some headphones in,
Whatever feels good to you.
Just find yourself a good comfortable supported position.
We're going to take three deep oxytocin breaths together.
We're going to allow the breath to float in through the nose of the belly,
Float out strongly.
We're going to sigh that breath out with an audible ha sound from high to low,
Vibrating the nerves that in turn vibrate our vagus nerve.
We just want to start by letting our body know that it's in a safe space before we start working with that energetic hygiene.
So I'll practice one of these with you and then I'll ask you to do two or three more on your own.
Nice deep breath in through the nose.
Continue with two or three more of those.
Taking some nice oxytocin breathing breaks throughout the day is another great way to practice energetic hygiene.
As you breathe out you're actually moving energy down the body,
Just clearing the field a little bit with intention.
After your third or fourth breath just come present,
Maybe do a little bit of gentle movement.
This might be the first time you've checked in with your body today.
So just take a moment,
Notice how it feels.
We're not going to get too far into this.
Just giving it a little bit of attention,
A little bit of movement if that feels good.
Just helping yourself settle fully into this moment,
Into this space.
And as you're ready we're just going to set the intention to call our energy home.
Any energy that we've left in situations throughout the day,
Any difficult encounters we had,
We tend to leave little bits of energy.
You can do this silently in your mind.
You can also state your intention out loud.
That sometimes adds a little bit of power to the intention.
And it's very simple.
I call my energy back to me now.
If you want to be more specific you can include something like I call all energy that is mine back to me now over all time and space.
And just setting this intention here allows the energy to come back.
You might notice a shift,
You might not notice anything.
The more you do this the more you will absolutely notice.
Setting that intention to call your energy back immediately feels like you have access to more energy.
Whether it's in your body,
In your field,
Maybe your mind gets a little more clear.
You will notice a shift as you practice this.
So one more time with intention.
I call my energy back to me over all time and space.
I reclaim my energy now.
Now that we've called our energy home we want to clear any density out of that energy.
We'll want to clear any energy we've called back that maybe isn't fully ours.
We want to clear back energy that we have called back that maybe came from a difficult situation,
That came from some density.
We just want to clear that beautiful energy we've called back so that it feels nice and light and fresh and flowing.
So starting at the top of your head just imagine the crown chakra opening and we're just going to call in love and light source energy through the head as we travel down through the body.
We're setting the intention that I easily release density from my body and fields.
So as we call this energy down through our body and I'm assisting you with some reiki here through this transmission we're just setting the intention that we're clearing anything that does not serve the highest good out of our body,
Out of our energetic fields.
You can even move your hands from the top of your head down over your body or in front of your body.
It can be really helpful to support intention through a little bit of physical movement.
And again you can state this intention silently or for a little bit more potency you might state it out loud.
The more you make this your own the more it will resonate in your own field.
I easily release density from my body and energetic fields.
I release any energy that is not serving my highest good.
And just notice the shift there you can state that a few times you can continue to kind of bring your hands down along your body to clear the field.
So we've reclaimed our energy now we're doing a little bit of beautiful clearing of this energy.
Do one little pass of intention and or movement here beyond the physical body.
We've been a little bit focused on the physical body so if you're using your hands you might bring them outside the body a bit.
I easily release density from my body and energetic fields.
I release any energy that is not serving the highest good.
Beautiful.
And then just give yourself a moment to notice how that feels.
And then the last step here is to expand this big beautiful clear energy.
We've reclaimed we've cleared out this energy we want to expand it out to the very edge of our auric field.
We really want to claim our space in the universe.
Letting go of any kind of contraction or fear that's come in throughout the day.
We want to really allow ourselves to get energetically big bright energy.
Beautiful.
So again just setting the intention here.
You might gently push your hands out beyond your body into that auric field space.
Again sometimes having physical movement can help support intention.
And then we're going to affirm silently or out loud for a little more potency.
I allow my energy to expand fully into my auric field.
I am big bright and beautiful.
And it always helps to state your intention a few times and again make it your own.
So you can change that in whatever way feels good.

Just notice how you feel.
Notice if you feel.
Sometimes you might get called to go back and repeat all three of these steps.
Especially if you've had a really particularly difficult or dense day.
It can be really nice to run through these steps multiple times.
Just twice or even three times.
It doesn't take too long.
You'll start to get a sense of this shift here.
I feel expanded.
I feel bright.
I feel clear.
I feel energized.
I've had a fairly long day.
So this is a good little like a little afternoon pick-me-up here for me.
Doing this at night you can set the intention once you've expanded to allow yourself to drift into a really beautiful supported sleep.
If you're doing this in the morning you can set the intention to energize yourself for the rest of the day.
You can change that intention as you practice this meditation.
Whatever feels good for you.
And just in the last moment here.
Maybe place your hands on your chest or one hand on your chest and one hand on your belly.
Just check in with your body.
Check in with that energetic space around your body.
Notice the shift.
Knowing that you can always come back and repeat this as many times as you might need to.
I recommend practicing this every day for at least a week and just notice the shifts.
You'll notice shifts in not only how you feel but also in how people are responding to you.
How you are responding to people in situations in your life.
You might feel like you're gaining some more clarity.
You might feel like you're gaining some confidence.
Practicing this basic energetic hygiene daily will very much serve you as well as the people that you serve.
Take one more big beautiful breath in through the nose.
Sigh it out with that audible ha sound.
One last chance here to just let go of anything that's not serving.
Give yourself some gratitude for being present for this practice.
And as you're ready you can open your eyes.
Right now it is more important than ever to really be mindful and intentional about how you are working with your energy.
About how your energy is affecting the people around you and the collective.
So this short simple practice is a really beautiful way to start a daily energetic hygiene routine.
