We begin by taking a moment to acknowledge that you're taking this time for yourself. Then we'll settle in further as we become aware of the breath and sensations in the body. Noticing that the breath & several other functions of the body happen without us needing to do anything. We then open our awareness to the momentum of our thoughts. Lastly, we'll repeat two affirmations to help us relax into the flow of life and enjoy the journey.
