Then you'll bring to mind a situation that's been causing any suffering or impatience & connect with the physical sensations present. We then shift our focus to God's promises & the blessings we receive when we persevere through our struggles to yield the fruit of the Spirit. We end by saying a prayer and connecting with the intention to accept the seeds He plants in our hearts. The last minute is music only
