This meditation focuses on gratitude and what's right with the world.
We will start and end with a gong.
Make yourself comfortable and start to take a few deep breaths.
Breathing in fresh new energy.
Breathing out.
Letting go of all what you don't need right now.
Fresh new energy.
Breathing in.
Letting go.
Breathing out.
Breathe in and out through your nose,
Your nostrils and focus your attention on your nostrils.
And tip of the nose.
And observe how the air is moving in and out.
Thoughts come and go and maybe sometimes you go astray and when you realize,
Go back and focus on the tip of your nose.
Breathing fresh new energy in.
And while breathing out,
Letting go.
Start moving your attention to your belly.
And breathe in and out deeply into your belly.
Maybe you want to put your hands onto your belly.
Deeply breathing in and out into your belly.
Feel like your energy is expanding.
How your whole body and system becomes more calm.
You reconnect and feel your inner peace while doing this.
We move to the area of the chest,
In the middle of your chest where your energetic heart center is.
And you start to breathe in to your heart center in the middle of your chest.
Deeply breathing in and out and expanding your heart center.
Feeling peace,
Serenity,
Calmness,
Courage,
Freedom.
Gratitude.

Find all the things you're grateful for.
Let them arise.

This can be small things.
Little things.
Big things.
Ordinary things.
I'm grateful for the sun rising.
Grateful for my body.
Grateful for being here now.
Grateful for my heart beating.
Grateful for taking time.
Feeling inner peace and stillness.
Freedom.
Grateful for the fresh air.
Grateful for the birds singing.
For the beautiful trees.
Grateful for foods,
Drinks.
For the fireplace.
Continue yourself for a few moments.
What are you grateful for?
How does that feel right now?
Can you,
Do you realize has something changed?
What are you aware of right now?
What is here right now?
What do you feel?
How does your body feel?
How is the area in your chest?
Just be aware,
Label.
Open,
Contracted.
To be aware and to observe already changes what is.
Take a few deep breaths.
And slowly start coming back.
