Welcome,

I'm Pandora Pappas.

I'm so glad you're here taking this time for yourself.

Right now,

Let's create a space for peace,

Calm,

And release.

Know that it's okay to feel what you're feeling.

Anxiety is just a signal,

A visitor that does not define you.

And in this moment,

We're going to finally gently let it go.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down,

Close your eyes or soften your gaze if that feels better.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And then slowly exhale through your mouth like a sigh of relief.

Let's do that again.

Breathe in deeply,

Filling your lungs completely,

And as you exhale,

Imagine tension leaving your body like a cloud floating away.

Now,

As you continue to breathe naturally,

Bring your focus to your body.

Notice where you may be holding tension,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your chest.

Imagine those areas softening,

Melting like ice under a warm sun.

With each exhale,

Feel that warmth spreading,

Releasing any tightness that you may be carrying.

Now,

I'd like you to imagine a peaceful place.

Perhaps it's a quiet beach,

The waves gently crashing against the shore.

Or maybe it's a forest with a soft breeze brushing through the leaves.

Picture this place clearly in your mind.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What do you feel?

As you're standing in this peaceful place,

Imagine that the anxiety you've been carrying is like a balloon tied to your wrist.

It's light,

Floating just beside you,

But you don't need to hold on to it anymore.

Imagine yourself gently untying that balloon,

Feeling the string loosen.

And as you release it,

Watch it drift up into the sky,

Higher and higher,

Until it's just a tiny speck disappearing completely.

With that release,

Feel your body becoming lighter and freer.

You are here,

Grounded in this beautiful space,

Safe and secure.

Take a moment to repeat this affirmation.

You can do it silently or out loud.

I am calm.

I am safe.

And I am free.

Peace flows through me,

And I carry it with me all day.

Let those words sink in,

Like roots grounding you deeply in this moment of calm.

Anytime you need to return to this feeling,

Simply take a deep breath and say these words.

They are always within you,

Ready to bring you back to this moment of calm.

I am calm.

I am safe.

And I am free.

Peace flows through me,

And I carry it with me all day.

Now slowly bring your attention back to your body.

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

Roll your shoulders back and forward.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes or re-focus on the room.

Notice how much lighter you feel,

How calm and grounded you are.

Lovely soul,

Remember this moment as you move through your day.

You have the power to release what doesn't serve you,

And embrace the peace that is your true self.

I am so proud of you for taking this time for yourself.

Go forward with calm and ease.
