Welcome,
Welcome,
Dear friend.
I'm so happy to be here with you.
So grateful to share this sacred time together.
This meditation is a meditation on self-worth because in my experience,
Feeling worthy,
Feeling lovable is essential for living a fulfilled life.
Because when we struggle with our own essential worthiness,
It can disrupt everything.
It can get in the way of opportunities,
Professionally,
It can interfere with receiving love from your partner or attracting a partner that sees you and values you for who you are deep inside.
Basically,
If we don't feel worthy,
It wreaks havoc on our lives and in this world where things are seemingly more and more chaotic and topsy-turvy,
It is so important,
My friend,
To rest into your own worthiness,
Your own essential worthiness.
So let us begin.
I invite you to close your eyes.
Let the lids rest gently.
Sit with a long spine or if you prefer to lie down,
You are welcome to do so.
Knowing your own worth starts with practicing kindness and honoring yourself,
Honoring your needs.
Turn toward your breath.
Turn toward your breath,
Dear one.
Feel how it gently touches you on the inside,
Allow yourself to receive the caress of your breath.
You are worthy,
Worthy of your own gracious attention.
This is your time,
Dear friend.
This is your time to drop deep inside and drink deeply of your own worthiness.
Let your attention sink down and down.
Rest into your heart,
Breathing and letting go,
Letting go of the outside world.
Let go of the thoughts that might still be there.
That might still be floating in your mind.
Let go of the idea that you should be doing something else.
Surrender the shoulds,
Surrender the shoulds,
Offering the fullness of your awareness,
This precious awareness to what lives within you.
Every breath invites you to taste the fullness,
The exquisite fullness of your nature.
And this,
Dear one,
This is worthy,
Utterly and totally worthy.
For you are this,
You are a sacred and worthy being.
You are a sacred and worthy being,
A sacred being.
You are a sacred and worthy being.
And perhaps if you're willing,
You can whisper to yourself,
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I invite you to use this phrase as a mantra for the next few minutes.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
And if any resistance arises,
Or some part of you is questioning whether or not this is true,
You can simply include it.
And continue to repeat the phrase,
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I will continue to recite this phrase with you.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
Now,
My friend,
Just simply receive the gift of this.
You may continue saying it out loud,
Whispering it to yourself,
Or simply repeating it on the inside.
I am here with you.
I am here with you,
Holding you,
Loving you,
Just as you are.
And this is what you are cultivating,
Deep self-love,
Deep self-worth.
So let us sit together for a bit and let everything sink in and touch all those moments,
All those places that may still be doubtful or worried or afraid.
I am right here with you as you welcome yourself home to this deep,
Deep worthiness.
Take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath,
Sweet friend.
Place your hands on your heart and affirm,
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
And thank yourself for taking this time.
I invite you to repeat this meditation regularly.
And I invite you to use this mantra as often as you feel inspired,
Possibly at the beginning and the end of your day.
I am a sacred and worthy being.
Thank you so much for spending this time with me.
