Sacred body touch.
Welcome to this guided practice.
My name is Anna.
I would like to share this practice because it has helped me a lot to deal with,
To deal actually with loneliness.
So I was longing for closeness,
A feeling of security and love and thought it would be satisfied by someone else.
This practice invites you to explore with touch and to explore with what kind of feelings,
Energies you would like to receive and yeah it's such a calming and soothing practice.
So yeah actually everything you need is is a cozy place or I would say a space where you can feel comfortable,
Where you can totally relax.
So yeah that's the start.
I invite you to have a look in the room or around the area where you're at and to really make sure you feel comfortable to start.
You might want to change something,
For example close the curtains for more privacy.
Yeah once you've checked we are ready to start.
If you don't have with you lighting a candle,
Using incense and also having decorated your room with with fresh flowers so that you really like what you see in front of your open or your closed eyes.
Yeah we start in seated position.
You might want to sit cross-legged or on your heels.
It's totally up to you.
We start by rubbing the palms together to create some heat and then I invite you to open the hands for a few centimeters just to feel the warmth,
The energy that is that is in between the hands and then you might want to give an intention.
What is something you would like to nourish your body with?
And this intention is now part of the quality of your touch and you can start intuitively place the hands on a body part it feels most attractive now and then receive the energy of your of your intention,
The warmth of your hands and see how your body is relaxing into this first touch,
How it's softening and you might want to give yourself a hug or or place your hands at another area and take a deep breath into your hands and let go with a sigh.
Two more times inhale and exhale.
Whatever the intention is you have chosen you might want to intensify the intention or or choose another one,
An additional one and in your in your pace move your hands along the body and the invitation is either to explore different kind of touches for example a touch can be firm and and grounding or it can be more more soft and flowing like moving the hands.
It can also be very very airy very gentle,
It can be playful,
It can be nourishing,
Warm,
Loving.
You decide what what you need right now and ask yourself what does your body,
Your mind and your soul need?
What are the needs of your body,
Your mind and your soul?
Put the intention really towards the area where you are touched and also notice how it feels to give touch.
In this case you're both giving and receiving.
Place the attention on how it feels to give and then change to how it feels to receive and you are invited to continue with the practice as long as you wish for.
As a closing I suggest that you put your hands in front of the heart,
You bow down,
You say thank you three times and celebrate yourself for taking time and for this self-care practice.
Keep caressing yourself as long as it feels good and my invitation is to return to this practice at any time.
Sending you much love.
My name is Anna Korban and I'm happy to share this practice with you.
