Awesome, just like the half hour one. Love these Owen. Curious about the alpha binaural. Is it so subtle that it’s not noticeable? I have done other meditations through the years with binaural beats and have always noticed the very soft and slight rhythm. I notice the rhythm of the ocean waves, which I absolute love, for just about all of my 65 years of life. Just curious, but know I do love these. And thank you
