Welcome to your guided meditation.
Make sure you have no distractions and that you're sitting or laying down comfortably.
Let's begin by taking some deep abdominal breaths,
Slowing everything down.
Let your body soften.
Let your muscles surrender.
Let your brain relax.
Let your heart open.
With every breath you take,
You are inviting yourself to slow down and connect to the pleasure that is available every time you go deeper inside yourself.
You can let go.
You can relax.
You can go home.
Right here,
Right now.
Keep slowing your breath down.
And imagine a golden beam of light surrounding your body and even wider your energy field.
It is a vertical golden beam of light that is shimmering and pulsating with golden light.
Feel it holding you,
Surrounding you,
Loving you.
And as you look up,
You notice that this golden beam of light goes all the way into the heavens,
Into your master soul.
This beautiful light that is who you are,
Who you've been,
And who you will always be.
Let your golden beam of light connect to this master soul and allow the golden light to stream down into this realm,
Into your field,
Into your body.
And as you look down,
You notice that this golden beam of light goes all the way into the core of the earth,
Into her fiery core.
Allow the connection to occur.
And notice how golden fiery light moves up from the core of the earth into your body,
Into your energy field,
Nourishing you,
Supporting you,
Grounding you.
You are a golden bridge between heaven and earth.
And I want you to imagine now that in front of you is the most beautiful drive-through.
And you'll notice that you can even sit outside and there's a gigantic screen that's just for you.
And so you're going to pick a chair or sit on the grass with a blanket.
The air is warm.
And in front of you on the screen,
You are going to see one of the happiest things memories of your life.
And allow yourself to trust immediately what that might be.
It could be a big day like a wedding or birth,
Or it could be a small moment that you still remember today.
But go ahead when you're ready and press play and allow yourself to watch and to remember and to feel this time in your life when you felt so good,
When you felt so joyous,
When you felt so happy.
So I'll be quiet for a couple of minutes while we do that.
Allowing yourself to have the full Technicolor experience inside and out.

And notice,
Notice if your mind starts going somewhere else.
Notice if you're hitting your homeostatic level about how much happiness you can stand and come back,
Come back to your happiness,
Come back to feeling good,
Come back to whatever green zone frequencies are in this memory.
About 30 more seconds.
And there may be another memory coming in of a high frequency.
And when you feel complete,
You can go ahead and ask the movie to stop and get yourself up from wherever you were sitting.
And for a second,
Take a look next to the screen and you will notice that all the movies of your life that are feel-good movies are all in a sacred container right next to the screen.
Just waiting for you to sit down and watch and feel whenever you want to reconnect.
These are yours to play with.
These are yours to practice with.
These are yours to inspire yourself with.
And go ahead and bring your attention back into your body,
Into your breath,
Into this time and space.
Allowing whatever states of being came from the memory to come through your cells,
Into your cells,
Surrounding your cells,
Weaving in and out like rivers of love and joy,
Penetrating through every nook and cranny of who you are.
Take one more deep breath in and out,
Slowly opening your eyes just a sliver,
Bringing your attention to colors and shapes and maybe smells and sounds.
And on your next inhale,
Opening your eyes all the way and taking note of the space you're in,
Bringing your attention back and forth between your internal state of being and the space you're in.
This guided meditation is meant to develop and sustain your happiness muscle.
So I encourage you to do it as often as you can.
You are literally rewiring your brain.
