So go ahead and make sure that you are either sitting down or laying down comfortably,

And that there are no distractions that could take you away from this moment with yourself.

And go ahead,

If you haven't already,

And close your eyes,

And gently focus your attention on your breath.

You might notice that the sheer power of your attention already starts shifting your breath.

Your attention to your breath changes it.

Your attention to anything changes it.

And right now we get a chance to notice what your attention does to your breath.

And let's go even more specifically to your lungs.

With your attention,

Notice how they expand and contract with every breath.

With your attention,

Notice that with every expansion,

Your lungs,

Your muscles,

Your bones,

Your skin cells all expand along your breath.

And as your lungs contract,

Notice how your skin cells,

Your muscles,

Your bones,

Your lungs contract.

Every inhale,

Bring your attention to the wave that happens as your lungs expand,

Your bones expand,

Your blood expands,

Your muscles expand,

Your skin expands to accommodate this one simple yet miraculous action that occurs 24-7 life force coming in.

And as you exhale,

Skin contracting,

Muscles,

Blood,

Bones,

Lungs.

Your body working in perfect harmony with each of its parts.

Like a wave rippling outward and receding inward.

Let's play a little bit and as we do our next inhale,

Let's bring our attention to just one of these body parts.

Let's bring our attention to the bones of our ribs as they expand with each inhale and contract with each exhale.

So let's go ahead and breathe in and pay attention only to your bones.

And when you breathe out,

Pay only attention to your bones.

And let's take about another minute or so to do that quietly.

I'd like everybody to please Alliance us as the Maybe your bones,

These specific bones have never related to you this way.

Maybe they have never been seen this way,

Stayed with this way.

You know that through the power of your attention,

Through your power of seeing,

Through the power of relating,

You bring light,

You bring love,

You bring transformation to every bone you touch,

To every cell you touch,

To every person you touch with your attention.

The power of your focused attention changes worlds.

And maybe you might feel gratitude for these bones of yours that expand with every breath and contract back into place with every breath.

And so maybe you even want to say thank you for their endless devotion to you,

For their endless relationship to your lungs,

To your skin,

To your muscles,

To your blood.

Your body is part of a giant infinite community of energies that work tirelessly for you,

That relate every second of every day for you.

While you're having to do anything,

You are never,

Ever alone.

You are always,

Always perfectly supported,

Perfectly loved,

Perfectly held,

Perfectly taken care of.

And even as you listen to my words,

Keep your attention on your lungs,

Your bones,

Your blood,

Your muscles,

Your skin,

Rippling out into an inhale,

Sweeping back in into an exhale.

And let's connect to one more of these body parts.

Connect now specifically to your skin cells as they expand outward with your breath,

Specifically your chest skin cells.

See them,

Feel them.

Maybe if you want,

Even touch them by putting your hand on your chest and touching your skin cells.

Know that as you bring your attention to the skin cells,

They feel related to,

They feel seen maybe for the first time.

Power of your focused attention,

Of your willingness to relate,

Creates miracles.

With body parts,

With yourself,

With others,

With nature,

The power of your focused attention creates miracles.

Keep our attention for about one more minute specifically on your skin as your lungs expand and contract with breaths.

Three,

Two,

One.

Maybe a sense of gratitude wants to move through you.

Or these skin cells that work for you tirelessly,

24-7,

Protecting you from the environment,

Filtering,

Covering,

Growing,

Expanding,

Renewing.

If so,

Let yourself thank them.

The power of your focused attention with gratitude is one of the most powerful forces in the universe.

And even as you focus specifically on your skin cells right now,

The power of your focused attention with gratitude pings the quantum field and attracts more of that back to you.

Focused attention with gratitude from you and from the outside world.

From you and from other realms.

From you and from every cell of your body.

Simply and simply bring your attention back to your breath.

Whether it's still focused on the lungs or on the air itself coming in and out by your nose.

Thank you breath.

Thank you lungs.

Thank you bones.

Thank you blood.

Thank you muscles.

Thank you skin.

Thank you body for allowing this miraculous and infinite ebb and flow that literally keeps us alive to occur 24-7 for your whole lifetime.

Body parts communicating with each other,

Relating with each other,

Working with each other in an infinite loop of devotion.

And keeping your eyes closed,

Bring your attention,

Expand your attention outward beyond your body to the space you're in.

Maybe noticing temperature,

Sounds.

All the while keeping some of your attention focused on your breath coming in and out.

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes just a sliver.

Bringing some of your attention to colors and shapes.

And opening your eyes all the way.

And even as you get up at the end of this meditation and continue in your day,

I invite you to remember your lungs,

Your bones,

Your blood,

Your muscles,

Your skin cells.

And remember that as you devote yourself to a relationship with these body parts,

You are practicing relationship with everything and everyone in the world.

And the quality of your attention and your devotion can only come back to you in kind and more.

So have a wonderful,

Deep,

Such a great loving body meditation. Sometimes I get so caught up in what my Body is doing wrong that I forget to love it and thank it for everything it does. Such an amazing intimate meditation to remind you to love your body and that is goes beyond that out into the world when we love ourselves first! πŸ’šπŸ™πŸΌπŸ’š
