What a beautiful meditation! I met my angel guide who held me and I was able to fully surrender and trust that I am supporter and loved. Such a great meditation. Calming. Centering. Allowing myself to be with myself and level up. When I started this meditation I was a little stressed and aggravated. Completing it I am feeling really good and able to navigate the rest of the day in a more good, much higher frequency.
