Hello,

My friend.

If you're listening to this,

Then you are already laying down in your bed or in the place that you plan to sleep.

I invite you to fully relax as we invoke a set of prayers that remind us of who we truly are,

To bring us into harmony with our purpose,

With the greatest loving timeline that we can create for ourselves.

So,

With a deep breath,

Begin to move into that space between wakefulness and sleep,

Letting your mind fully relax,

Releasing any leftover tension from the day,

Relaxing the muscles around your eyes,

Any other muscles around your face or head,

Your neck,

Your chest.

Feeling your attention drift down your body,

Allowing it to move to find deep comfort.

Feel the surface underneath you and offer thanks to the earth that supports you.

Now,

First,

Let us invoke gratitude.

I release all fears,

All guilt,

All shame for the events of the day.

I give thanks for the lessons that they offer.

I give thanks for the gift of this space to remember.

Remember,

I place my hands over my heart and I love all those parts of me,

All those parts of me that are still working through what needs to be worked through.

I give all of my pain to the divine to fill the space left behind.

As I drift closer to sleep,

I invite in deeper wisdom.

I invite in the gifts of the universe itself,

Showing me who I am,

Showing me my excitement,

My joy.

And if there are any parts of myself that need loving care,

To those parts,

I say,

Please forgive me.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Of the need to escape,

I am perfectly present in all things and I move through my fear,

My guilt,

My shame with graceful love and knowing.

And I offer the rest to the divine.
