Hello people,

Welcome to this meditation for embracing serenity,

Peace and the seashore.

Gently close down your eyes and come into this very moment,

Not being hard on yourself for the next while,

Setting some time aside for yourself to just unwind,

Unravel and release.

Noticing the sound of the seashore,

Imagining you're on a warm sunny beach,

Away from all distractions,

It's just you and the seashore.

Noticing the water coming in and out,

Cleansing you from a distance.

Your responsibilities right now are completely on hold,

They are for another time.

This time is to just be here at the beach,

Soaking up the sun,

Feeling the warmness on your skin,

Offering you comfort.

You're not working now,

You're not busy at your job,

You're just here at the beach,

Taking in everything that the present moment offers,

Letting the waters cleanse any worries that you may have.

Each time the seashore comes in,

It brings serenity and peace.

Each time it goes out,

It takes away any stress or worries.

Just letting stress and worries go to the water,

Allowing them to be taken away,

Giving yourself permission to unclench your body,

Mind and spirit.

Noticing the water ebb and flow,

In and out,

The fluidity,

The flow,

The water doesn't have a care in the world,

Just in and out,

In and out,

Cleansing,

Washing,

Revitalizing,

Embracing the water and what it can teach you,

The art of flow,

The art of fluidity,

The art of letting go,

Being here right now and allowing the waves to take you to a land of peace and serenity,

Accepting the way the present moment is for now,

The sun,

The waves,

The pleasant music,

You are in your element,

Nothing to change,

Nothing to do,

Just embracing life,

Embracing serenity by the seashore,

Giving yourself permission to not do anything,

This is not lazy,

This is liberating,

This is healing from the hustle and bustle of life,

From the sensory overload,

This moment is the only moment you have,

It's all that's ever been,

It's all that ever will be,

The past,

The future,

They're not here,

The present is where you experience everything,

For now,

Experiencing the shore coming in and out,

Taking away any worries,

Bringing you calmness and serenity,

Sinking into the surface beneath you,

Unclenching your muscles,

Bones and organs,

Sinking into the sound of the music and the sound of the waves,

Now just coming back to your body,

Coming back to the world as this meditation comes to an end,

Know that anytime you are looking for a break,

For a reset,

Come back to this meditation,

Make it a part of your routine for stressful or busy days,

Just moving your body around,

Waking yourself back up,

Opening your eyes with a freshness and serenity in your mind,

Body and spirit.
