Feel the lapping of the waves as your fingers and toes waft through the water.

Above you the sky is beautiful blue.

Maybe a cloud drifting across.

The sun is warm on your body.

And in the distance you can hear sounds from a beach.

Perhaps there's gulls.

Breeze.

And the warmth of the sun on your body permeates you right to your centre.

And you feel warm within and without.
