Deep breaths,
Relax,
Let go.
Accepting our gender and accepting the gender of others at this point in our evolution is a very important issue.
As many children are offered and learn about how they might make changes to themselves.
Adolescence is a time of seeking one's identity.
So this is natural.
In order to support all those who have problems being the gender they were born with,
It's really important to have love and compassion whilst they find themselves.
And if you yourself are seeking clarity,
Then time and care and support is vital.
All change is difficult and major changes in our lives must include the transition from one sex to another.
Wherever we are in society,
Whether we're a parent and we have strong attachment to who and what our child has been,
Perhaps a teacher or a friend,
It's all about attachment.
We know this person as,
And now they're changing.
That threatens us.
So be aware,
Be aware of your judgments and be aware of how much acceptance and love is needed through massive change in people's lives.
And if you yourself are going through a transition,
Then go gently,
Go slowly,
Go slowly,
Take care and never lose your centre,
That place where you really,
Truly,
Authentically exist.
You are not your body.
When we die,
We all leave our bodies behind.
It's how we utilise our bodies that is so important.
We have this precious human rebirth and we all share that,
Regardless of gender.
