Slowing down time,

Nowhere to be,

Allowing your body to settle,

Releasing the tension from your face,

Feeling your shoulders release,

Unclenching your jaw,

Inhaling through your nose,

Holding,

Exhaling slowly through your mouth,

When was the last time you told yourself that you trust it to yourself,

I trust that it is working out,

You are holding on to life so tightly,

You can let go of the grip,

Letting go of the control,

Every action and every decision that you make in the moment will be the right one for you,

Noticing how your muscles and your tension melts away,

Allowing your hands and your palms to soften,

The only work is to ever be here and now,

To release the grip,

And to trust yourself,

I trust that life is unfolding for you perfectly.
