Olivia Cheng

Olivia is a first-generation Australian Chinese woman and a qualified Shiatsu Therapist, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Yoga, Qi Gong and Meditation Instructor. Her journey into Eastern healing therapies, philosophy and practice began 20 years ago at a 10-day Vipassana Buddhist meditation retreat in Southern Thailand. Over the years Olivia has developed a particular interest in Yang Sheng - or the art of nourishing life through movement, meditation, breathwork, bodywork, food therapy and connection with nature.
