Resentment, Conflict & Forgiveness

A brief talk on what I have learned recently about the mind, the ego and how we create thought patterns to try to escape this simple truth inside ourselves : that Love is real and all else is just illusion.

Very enlightening. I realized that much of what I see in the other person is what I’m afraid people see in me.

I needed this to help me recognize that I carry a grudge toward my husband of 50 years. I think this grudge is at the root of my desire for peace of mind regarding our relationship. I don’t know how to rid myself of this grudge but I want to. Perhaps asking the Universe, God whomever to help me will help. I’m eager to see what comes of this and hope something does!

Interesting. Can relate to “glass ceiling”, although that may be related to my intermittent ‘not being enough’ thought pattern. In any event, thought provoking, and I liked the voice, and presentation style.
