Hello.
I've become aware recently that our capacity to heal is limitless and it's become interesting to me how the way we view others affects this.
I'd like you to consider somebody who you recognize that you have a real grudge against and you know they might not have acted too honorably in the past,
But abstractly and objectively step back from yourself and view the sort of thought forms and energy patterns which you hold in your mind and your ego about this person or the situation that surrounds it.
We're not entering into oh they deserve it or I have every right to think like this.
We're just simply thinking about how we actually hold energy with regards to this person and of course that is always a reflection of the energy we hold about ourselves.
Now I've known for a long time that everybody has their journey but I am consistently amazed about the pitfalls which we can fall into when we believe our mind's own creation.
If you think somebody is a rude person or you know unsavable or unlovable it's a self-fulfilling prophecy and from what I've been shown with my work with clients and my own personal healing and clearing is that that is really a self-fulfilling prophecy.
A trick of the mind so that you can prove your own outcome time and time again.
Think of this personal situation again and introduce this.
They are like you made of love and they are like you on their own path of personal healing and they are like you a soul.
A soul whose depth might not seem all apparent at first but that's where forgiveness comes in isn't it?
The biggest F word of them all.
Forgiveness is a resetting of the grid and is most powerfully used for yourself.
For that assumption or agreement that you've made about that person is also one that you've made about a part of yourself and if you can't hold the possibility in your mind and heart for their healing then how could you possibly hold it for yourself?
Now I know we live day-to-day lives and it's indeed not our job to go around healing everyone else but we are our own responsibility are we not?
So my point is or rather what I'm sharing from my own experience is that it can be quite surprising when you think you've healed so much,
When you think you've gone so far and then the mind and the ego creates that glass ceiling to stop you pushing forward evermore.
It came to me this week that my behavior is usually orientated so that I can escape the simple truth.
That we arrange our realities to avoid the very fact that we live,
Swim and breathe in oneness and love always and forever.
So next time you have a conflict with yourself or someone else ask yourself this,
What energy patterns do you hold?
What consent to certain agreements about reality have you made?
Breathe in,
Make a choice even if it's scary as hell to move and be in the flow and energy of love and believe me the rest will take care of itself.
Thanks very much friends and I'll see you again soon.
