Good morning,

Welcome to another day on this beautiful planet we call our home.

Make yourself comfortable whether you are sitting or lying down.

And when you are ready,

Bring your attention to your breath.

Allow every in-breath to fill you up with the freshness of this day.

And allow every out-breath to help you release any remains of bad dreams or tensions from your body.

You are awake right now and all is well.

So take another deep breath in and breathe out with a sigh.

And now I would like to invite you to focus on your heart.

Feel its rhythm,

Feel its energy and vibration.

Tune into your own heartbeat.

Connect to the infinite love that you have in your heart.

Allow this energy of love,

Kindness and gratitude freely flow around your body.

Feel its warm energy spreading around.

Feel this love and gratitude in every cell of your body.

Let it help you realise how many things you have in your life to be grateful for.

Breathe this energy in.

It will help you start this day with an open mind and heart to be able to receive all its gifts and blessings.

Harmonise your heart with your breath and immerse yourself in these vibrations of love and gratitude.

Notice how gradually you are starting to shine your inner light,

The light of your beautiful,

Kind heart.

Let this light shine even brighter as you are getting ready to welcome this day with an open heart.

All is well,

You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

And this day will give you a lot of opportunities to shine your light and to show the beauty of your soul to the world.

Take a few deep breaths in to embrace this day with love and gratitude.

Take this energy with you to share it with others as well.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your beautiful eyes and enjoy the rest of today.
