Discovering our capacity for loving-kindness. In metta meditation, we direct loving-kindness towards somebody we love already and then, in a sequence of expansion, toward ourselves. Towards somebody we are neutral. Somebody we have difficulty with. And ultimately toward all beings everywhere without distinction. Length: 15 minutes In this meditation we’ll start with the first two levels. Begin by setting technology in do not disturb mode and taking a comfortable sit.
