Viewing inner ease as a state of active calm in which our mental and emotional energy is
composed yet ready for swift intelligent action if needed,
Takes practice.
Inner ease is not necessarily about moving slow physically,
It's about moving smart.
Find a comfortable seat or stand tall in the shower and find your body in alignment,
Maybe grounding through both feet or your sitz bones with an energized spine and a lifted
heart.
Focus your attention in the area of the heart and begin to move your breath in and out of
your body a little slower and deeper than usual.
Inhaling through the nose for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
In the mouth,
Exhale for four,
Three,
Two,
And one,
Imagining your breath is flowing
in and out of your heart or the front and back of your chest.
With each breath,
Draw in the feeling of inner ease to balance our mental and emotional
energy,
Anchoring ease by the way you're breathing and the way you're feeling and the way that
you are holding stillness in the present moment.
As you move about your day,
Set a meaningful intent to anchor the feeling of inner ease.
Breathing the feeling of ease supports cooperation between the heart,
The mind,
And emotions
we are making decisions,
Communicating,
And planning with.
Learning to move in the state of inner ease gives us a more pause to register our intuitive
guidance in all of our interactions.
Namaste.
