Take a lovely deep breath in and a long slow breath out and the next time you breathe in look up towards your forehead and as you breathe out gently close down your eyes.

See feel or imagine yourself sinking into a warm soothing bubble bath.

The water is just right not too hot not too cold and the bubbles rise gently around you.

The air is filled with your favorite scent maybe lavender,

Vanilla,

Peppermint or something else that brings you comfort.

The sound of the water gently ripples around you.

The light is dim perhaps candles maybe some soft music or a calming silence and as you settle into this bath you can feel your body beginning to unwind.

With each breath you take you sink into this calm peaceful space.

Your muscles relaxing your mind becoming still.

As your jaw softens and your shoulders drop and you unclench your body you can feel your body sinking into a deeper sense of comfort and as the tension leaves your face and body your belly begins to release as well.

And as your belly softens you notice your digestive system feels so much more comfortable and the deeper you relax the more any bloating or tummy discomfort you had seems to soften.

The weight in your belly lightens.

The tightness fading as you allow yourself to sink even deeper into the water into this comfort.

Knowing that you are safe and that your body is restoring balance gently reducing any bloating any discomfort and soaking deeply into a more relaxed state.

And in a moment I'm going to count from one to three and when I say three you'll open your eyes feeling relaxed alert and proud of yourself for showing up today.

One noticing your body resting on the surface beneath you two taking a deep breath in and sighing it out three opening your eyes when you're ready.
