Welcome everybody,

Welcome to another full moon meditation.

We are in Scorpio for this full moon,

April 2024.

Now I will do a little intro about the energies going on.

So while I am doing this,

Just start to get yourself really comfortable and really in this moment in the room that you are in right now.

And just start to take some deep breaths,

Letting go,

Letting go of what you were doing before this moment we are having together.

And letting go of what you need to do after we have spent this time together.

We are bringing our whole essence,

Our whole body,

Our whole presence into this moment right now.

And even for making this small beautiful effort in your life to take this time to become more into the rhythm of the cycles is such a bonus for your soul and for the life that you are living and leading right now.

So hasn't it been so powerful?

The eclipse was only a week ago and we are in this powerful April month.

Many are saying this month is the most powerful of the year.

There are many planetary lineups,

Many hooks and crannies so to speak,

Challenges,

Triggers to be had by not just us but by the whole world platform.

And so this energy right now,

It's demanding that we question ourselves.

No stone is going unturned.

It is asking us to question all the beliefs that we've grown up with.

Our habits,

Our structures in our life,

Our patterns,

You name it,

We cannot escape it any longer.

We're now being fast-tracked like quantum leaps.

Some are moving faster than others and just remember there is no judgment to how it is playing out for you.

You may feel you've done a lot of work but you're still getting situations and challenges in your life.

That's okay.

Remember there is a much broader,

A much bigger divine plan and picture and your soul in its essence knows where to take you and what it needs to do to help you level up and step more and more into your heart.

So just keep breathing and allow these words to wash over you.

Now Scorpio is a very passionate and independent and unafraid zodiac sign.

Excuse me.

Scorpios can be very black and white but also keeping their cards very close to their chest.

So this is an opportunity to step more into our passion but without overloading it onto everyone else.

In our own silence,

Finding those fears and clearing those fears and becoming more unafraid of the work that we need to do on ourselves and the hard work in Scorpios as well is to help us break through,

Break through these matrix or the falseness of what you have learned to be and become through the patterns and conditions of your past.

So as you are breathing more and starting to fully relax into this moment,

This meditation is taking you on a softer journey today.

I've been asked by the angels to bring in their essence and their energy to help us because this energy seems quite relentless,

Quite disruptive.

It can be feeling quite clunky and painful.

However,

We must know in our hearts that we are not alone in this journey.

And the angels are reminding us that this is a very positive and powerful chance to change.

So let's just scan through our bodies.

Going down from your head,

Releasing your mind,

Releasing the overactive playing out in your head,

Breathing into the mind and learning to trust your instincts and your intuition more,

Your instincts and your intuition more,

Overriding your mind.

And feel your eyes soften,

Your ears,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw and your mouth releasing,

The tension in your neck,

Clearing your throat and bringing your awareness down into your shoulders.

Any tightness,

Any tension,

Just acknowledging it for now.

Noticing how your arms,

Your forearms,

Your hands and your fingers are feeling.

Wriggling them to get that energy flowing,

Bringing your awareness down into your chest,

Your lungs,

Filling your lungs with deep breaths.

As we breathe in,

Oxygen,

As we breathe in,

Oxygen,

Releasing tension,

Bringing the energy into your torso area,

Through all your organs,

All your digestive system,

Your intestines,

Through your kidneys,

Adrenals,

Bringing that energy down and feeling into your spine where you may have blocks or pain,

Tightness,

Becoming more aware of your body.

And into your legs,

Knees,

Calves and shins,

Ankles and feet.

And as you take your awareness down into the core of the earth,

Finding Mother Gaia's beautiful golden beating heart.

And from her heart,

She has these two beautiful golden ribbons,

Golden rays of energy,

Packed with all her beauty,

All her love,

Her healing,

Her compassion for you.

And as these ribbons are coming up from her heart,

They know where you are.

Coming up from her heart,

They know where you are.

She knows you and where you are.

And these ribbons draw up,

Up,

Up,

Through all the layers of the earth to find you and connect into your feet.

And this gorgeous energy is grounding you,

Keeping you safe,

Keeping your body here on earth as we can let go and explore.

Now imagine from the universe,

From the golden light,

From Source,

From God,

Whoever,

Is prominent in your lifetime,

In this lifetime.

We draw on that energy now.

And we're drawing it down,

Down,

Down,

Down.

A beautiful silvery cord,

Glistening,

Full of wisdom,

Crystalline energy,

Glistening,

Full of wisdom,

Crystalline energy,

Ancestral wisdoms,

Gifts,

Talents,

Inspirations coming down,

Down,

Down in this silver cord.

And as it comes down,

Imagine it connecting into your crown.

You are fully being downloaded and upgraded in this meditation with so much gentleness and love.

So imagine emerging the gold and the silver from the base of your feet and the crown of your head coming down,

Down.

And these energies swirling together throughout your whole body,

Through every single cell,

Energizing you,

Clearing out that old,

Making room for the new.

And imagine this energy as it's swimming through every body part,

Every organ,

Every circulatory system,

Every vein,

Artery,

Cartilage,

Ligament,

Tissue,

In your brain,

Through your ears,

Eyes,

Nose,

Mouth.

And imagine it coming into your beautiful heart,

Your physical heart,

And your heart chakra in the center of your chest.

And imagine your chakra is spinning in this beautiful gold and silver energy.

And it's starting to spin faster and faster.

And as it does,

It just blows this chakra wide open.

Wide open as the dark black specks are shot out from your heart into the ethers to be healed.

The dark black specks representing grief,

Heartache,

Representing grief,

Heartache,

Heart loss,

Pain,

Suffering,

Shooting out.

And imagine your heart is opening to receive all that is,

All that you are,

All the powerful aspects of you that have been shut down for so long.

And feel into your body your senses.

What you are feeling right now is this energy running through your body.

If you're not really feeling anything,

It's more about just pretending in this moment what it would feel like in your heart.

Like imagining looking at a newborn baby,

Or a small puppy,

Or kitten,

Or animal,

That love that we have for new life.

And feel that all the way through your body,

Open to receive.

In your vulnerability and relaxed state,

Because we know we are protected.

What other senses are you feeling right now?

What's the temperature like where you are?

What can you smell in the air?

What can you feel in the air?

What can you taste in your mouth?

What do you see behind your closed eyelids?

And as we are now fully connected,

Fully grounded,

Fully in our heart space,

Knowing that we are safe to explore,

Imagine your body becoming lighter and lighter.

And from wherever you are,

Wherever you are lying,

Wherever you are seated right now,

This beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Right now,

This beautiful,

White cylinder comb of light is placed over you,

All the way down to the ground.

And you can already sense its power.

And the cylinder of light is moving straight upwards into the unknown,

Into the ethers.

And you call upon an angel.

Whoever comes to mind first,

If you aren't into angels,

Just a beautiful,

Loving being of light.

Or it could be an archangel,

Archangel Michael,

Uriel,

Gabriel,

Raphael,

There are so many,

Archangel Metatron,

Or just the beautiful look and feel of an angelic being.

Acknowledge this beautiful being in front of you.

Acknowledge this beautiful being in front of you.

Bow heads and touch your third eyes together,

Instantly feeling the connection,

And instantly already knowing this being as this being knows you.

And this beautiful angelic energy is going to escort you up this beautiful white column.

And you are open and ready to be guided and to receive.

So as you lift off,

You're slowly starting to move upwards.

Up,

Up,

Up.

And when you look down,

You can see your physical body still in that same position.

You are traveling up.

You're holding hands and you are in complete trust.

And as you're traveling up,

This column of light is breaking through portals,

Dimensions,

Stargates,

Going beyond,

Through the Earth's atmosphere,

Past the planets,

Even past the full moon.

Going up,

Up,

Up.

Keep your focus on this beautiful being of love.

Feel the love in your heart as you travel higher and higher,

Faster and faster.

Breaking through the membranes of the universe in the layer upon layer of dimensions.

And in the distance,

You see this bright,

Bright,

Beautiful,

Glowing star,

A vortex of energy that is inviting you and welcoming you to come and join.

And this star to you can look any way that you perceive it to look.

It can be a vast land of pure white light,

A plane,

So to speak,

To step onto.

It could be a shimmering,

Silvery star with a door.

It could be a ball of light.

However you see it,

The angel is going to stand here and wait for you as you take a step into this energetic field.

And as you glide forward into this field of light,

You are unafraid.

Full of love.

Full of trust.

And in this sphere of light is this beautiful,

Beautiful crystal bead.

Made of many different colored crystals.

And even the base is made of crystals.

It's just glittering and glistening,

And it is just so exquisite,

An exquisite piece of crystal.

An exquisite piece of art for you.

And you're encouraged to lie down on this bed,

And you instantly feel the upgrade of energy through your body.

And there are these beautiful,

Energetic waves of healing coming over you and through every part of you.

And although you trust this process,

You are still being asked to direct this energy with intention as to how you are going to heal.

As to what needs healing.

Firstly,

In your physical body.

It could be an old injury,

A dis-ease,

Pain,

Disruption,

Sickness.

Whatever it is for you,

Direct this energy with your third eye to run through this part of your body,

Or your whole body.

And as you feel the power of this magnificent piece of technology,

You know in your heart you are being restored on some level.

Now take yourself into your emotional being.

The energies all year have heightened our emotions.

What triggers you?

What emotion do you find hard to let go of?

There is no judgment,

Remember.

We also have many lifetimes to clear.

And we all chose this lifetime to do it.

So don't be afraid to speak it out loud.

Any emotional traumas,

Any fears in your emotional body that you find hard to release or surrender.

Any resistance,

That stubbornness keeping you there.

Imagine these waves rolling over you.

Clearing,

Clearing,

Clearing these emotional blocks.

The emotions of your ancestors,

Of your family,

The emotions of your ancestors,

The pioneers of the earth,

The atrocities that have happened in the past and even still going on now.

Allow these waves to correct the wiring within your emotional body.

Now for a moment think of your mental state of health.

How is your mind in all this changing chaos going on?

How do you deal with each situation coming up?

It's relentless,

Big and small.

Whatever you need to let go of in your mind,

Allow the first one to be control.

Allow the control to be healed within you,

That you don't need to know,

That you don't need to control.

Moving more with the rhythms and the cycles of the earth and the universe.

And anything else in your brain,

Your mental state,

Your fatigue,

Your anxiety,

Depressions,

Allow this beautiful piece of technology to send sonic waves through your mind and through your body where you store these blocks or this energy.

Now we go to your etheric field.

Now we go to your etheric field.

Let's call this your soul,

Your soul energy field.

Now we're not to know what aspects of our soul that have been fragmented are,

But we ask while we're on this beautiful piece of technology,

That all aspects and fragments of our soul that have been shattered and split and separated from that whole being,

Be brought back now.

Imagine shards of light coming back into your body,

Healing you wholly,

Healing your soul.

Coming in as one.

And as you feel more at peace,

More in love,

More healed,

Grounded,

Powerful,

Sure of yourself,

You are asked to sit up and hop off the bed.

And as you do,

You are invited to take a piece of crystal from that bed with you to remind you to draw on this energy,

This beautiful light body technology.

And as we hold that gratefulness in our hearts for this beautiful,

We can see a beautiful angel,

Our angelic being waiting for us.

So move to your being and come out of that beautiful sphere of light.

And your angel is once again going to escort you.

As you are gliding down,

You see that beautiful,

Beautiful full moon ahead of you.

And the April full moon is also known as the pink full moon.

So just imagine that it has a tinge of pink to it.

And as you are getting closer to this magnificent,

Magnificent goddess moon,

There is an opening in the moon for you to slip through.

And your angel is there with you as you enter the moon.

And as you enter this beautiful,

Shaded pink,

High vibrational energy of the full moon,

Everyone else on this call is entering the moon as well.

For we are all being guided to here and now.

We all are full of beautiful love,

No conditionings of the human planet.

In this space,

We are high vibe,

Light beings,

Here on a mission.

And as we come in closer to the center of the moon,

We all join hands.

And since we are in that hue of pink energy,

We are now going to imagine every single baby born,

Boy and girl,

Is placed into this ring of pure energetic compassion and love.

Every baby born in this generation is receiving the blessings,

Pure,

Pure blessings from this day on.

Our future leaders with love in their hearts,

With the beautiful soft pink goddess energy,

But also that strong heart warrior energy.

Now we bring into the circle the babies that are already born,

The toddlers,

The little five-year-olds,

Six-year-olds,

Seven-year-olds,

All the way up to our 21-year-olds.

And we're embodying them in this beautiful,

Beautiful healing energy.

We all know a child,

Whether your own or someone else's.

This energy is also for the suffering children,

The ones that are so vulnerable and gentle,

For our disabled children,

For the children that have suffered because of humanity's past.

Feel the healing love for all this generation and the next.

And of course putting in your friends,

Children,

Relatives,

Your own,

And even your inner child,

Healing your inner child in this magnificent,

Beautiful,

Illuminating,

Strong,

Powerful energy.

May each child be given their basic necessities.

May each child find their own hearts first.

May each child find the strength and the courage to forge new steps into our new earth and way of life.

May each child be raised by a village.

May each child be supported in whatever their inspirations and gifts and talents are.

May each child be given the room of freedom to play and be.

May each child be given the opportunities of teenage rituals,

Moving into womanhood and manhood.

May each child be surrounded by a wonderful team of love and help and technologies that will guide them through their lives,

And sending their learnings and wisdoms down through each generation onto the new earth of peace and harmony.

And add anything else if you want.

So we leave all those children in this beautiful energy of the moon.

And whenever we think of these children,

Hear of new births,

Or even teenagers in trouble,

Remember this beautiful gift of a healing pool of pink,

Of love and nurture and support in the moon.

And it is time for us to let go of hands.

Walk back to our beautiful angelic being.

And be transported back down through our column of pure white light.
