Welcome,

Welcome to an Aries full moon meditation in the month of the end of September 2023.

Aries is the sign of fire and wow can you feel things starting to rise,

Rising within yourself,

Within your family,

Within your communities,

Within your cities and within the world.

We're moving into a season of eclipses and the energy is just building.

So with that this meditation is going to help bring up that anger or bring up that passion because that's what Aries is about.

They can be fiery and shoot from the hips so to speak.

They're the first zodiac,

The first house,

So they are quick to be galloping out that gate and so sometimes a little bit too fast,

Sometimes a little bit too heady and so they're also very confident,

Passionate and motivated and very determined when they put their head,

Their mind to something.

So that's kind of what the theme of this meditation is going to be about.

The division and separation around the world appears on the surface to be growing but deep down this is almost a organized chaos.

From the higher realms,

From a perspective way higher and beyond us,

We can't see what's going on but we're in the midst of it.

So when we're in the midst of these old paradigms crumbling,

This old archetype energy of having people up on pedestals,

Gurus,

Doctors,

Governments,

Politicians,

You name it,

Teachers and all that corporate stuff is starting to crumble away.

If you are in those types of fields in your work it's even more so important to find a type of grounding or meditation that can keep you steady,

Keep you steadfast,

Keep you from bolting out that gate and putting your mouth into gear before you think so to speak.

So in this safe environment that I've created for us,

Where you can feel supported and loved,

We're going to just relax and start to just release and surrender into this time that we have together.

And as my words are expressing what this meditation is about,

Just feel yourself starting to get comfortable,

Starting to come more into the space,

Into this room,

Into this focus of the energy of the full moon and take some deep breath.

Feeling into your body,

Feeling the temperature,

The air around you,

Noticing the smells or the sounds wherever you may be,

Feeling whether your clothes are comfortable and if not perhaps undo a button or a bra strap,

Whatever feels right for you,

Just make sure you are unrestricted and feeling comfortable.

You might need cushions or pillows or whatever it may be.

This time together is sacred,

Is special and is tenfold in moving,

Moving that those blocks or that dross or that fog where you can't see the next step in front of you.

So as you become more and more relaxed,

Taking deep breaths in right deep down into your belly and as you breathe out you're letting go of what's been happening before now and as you breathe in and you breathe out you're letting go of what is going to be happening next in your life tomorrow,

Just letting it all go and focusing on this gift,

The present moment and imagine from the base of your feet you have beautiful ribbons of color flowing from the sole of your foot,

It's not called the sole for no reason and imagine these ribbons of whatever colors you choose are going down,

Down,

Down,

Connecting to Mother Earth and moving down through the layers of the earth,

Down through the rocks,

The water,

The crevices,

The gravel,

The clay,

The sand,

Through all the earthly colors and layers your ribbons are going down,

Down,

Down to find Mother Gaia's beautiful golden heart.

You wrap your ribbons around her heart in the center of the earth,

You feel yourself being pulled so you're fully grounded and you're drawing her beautiful golden energy up,

Up,

Up,

Up through those ribbons,

All the energy of beauty,

Love,

Unconditional love,

Support,

Harmony,

Strength,

Empowerment,

All the gifts of Mother Earth being drawn up to you because she loves you,

She supports you,

She nurtures you,

She allows you to reside on her,

So we draw that golden energy up into your feet,

Into your ankles,

Your calves,

Your shins,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Hammies and quads,

Pelvic area,

Sexual organs,

Your womb,

Your hips,

Your kidneys,

Your adrenals,

Your digestive system,

Your small and your large intestines,

Even your spleen,

Your gallbladder,

Moving up into your stomach,

Your pancreas,

Your rib cage,

Your ribs,

Your lungs,

Your heart,

Drawing this energy up into every single cell of your body,

Feeling your heart start to relax and open,

Open in the safety of the sacred space,

Releasing any hurts,

Tension,

Mistrust,

Unforgiveness,

Allowing it to seep out of your heart as you fill your heart with the golden energy of Mother Gaia and we draw that energy further up into our thymus,

Our shoulders,

Our going down our arms,

Triceps,

Biceps,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

Each and every finger,

Wriggling your finger as you feel that energy come into your body,

Drawing it up into your throat,

Your thyroid,

Your neck and imagine it coming up every single vertebrae in your back,

One at a time,

Ting ting ting ting,

Opening that golden cord,

That connection from the center of the earth all the way up your tailbone,

Through your spine and we're bringing it into our head,

Our jaw,

Our mouth,

Our teeth,

Tongue,

Into our ears,

Our nose,

Our sinuses,

Our eye sockets,

Our eyes,

Our brows,

Softening that frown,

Softening your eye socket,

Softening your jaw,

Taking that energy into your head,

Your mind,

Your brain,

Allowing the gold to push through those pathways that have been stinted or blocked or stopped or broken and rewiring and reconnecting those synapses in your brain,

Feel your whole body tingling with gold and beautiful earth-like energy,

As you open your crown,

The chakra on the top or just under the top of your head,

See it open like a gate and we allow the energies of the universe from the highest realms of the purest light and love only,

The crystalline silvery sparkly starry energy trickling down down down,

Your highest innate wisdom,

Your gifts,

Your talents,

Through your ancestral timelines coming down down down,

Like sparkly rain drifting down and going down into your crown and going down all the way through your body,

Mixing and melding with the gold,

The silver and the gold through all parts of your body,

Notice any areas that may be a little sore,

Stuck,

In pain,

Tight,

Inflexible and give those areas some extra gold and silver and love,

Nurturing and loving those parts of your body,

Imagine them freeing up or becoming pain-free or flexible,

Our mind is such a powerful tool,

We're learning to use it again to its fullest capacity,

Healing our own bodies,

Filling our own hearts desires for whatever we need and as you feel your body starting to loosen and lighten its load,

I'm going to take you to a very very amazing place,

A place that you are going to design,

Imagine seeing yourself in the center of this place that you are creating,

Now this place could be the beach,

With the sound of the ocean,

The crashing waves,

The smell,

The smells of the shells and the sea and the fish,

With your whales and dolphins and mermaids,

Starfish and creatures or it may be a beautiful meadow with wild flowers and long lush green grass,

With the blue sky and white fluffy clouds or you may see yourself in a beautiful garden with roses and fruit trees and water fountains and little birds and animals,

You might be by a river or a lake or out on farmland,

Wherever your special place is,

Create it,

Bring in the colors,

Bring in the sounds that you want to hear,

Bring in the temperature,

The smells,

Your light-heartedness for creating that beautiful beautiful picture,

Your sanctuary,

Your paradise,

Your oasis,

In the middle of a huge terrific storm out there in the world and you are in the eye of the storm but your eye of the storm is this beautiful place that you are creating,

That you can go to anytime throughout your day,

See and feel yourself plentiful,

No lack whatsoever,

No fear whatsoever,

Plentiful,

Bountiful,

In love,

In love with yourself and the creation you've created and if you can't get to that part of loving yourself quite just yet,

This meditation will help.

So imagine before you,

Whoever comes to mind,

A departed loved one,

A guide,

A being,

A master,

An angel,

Whoever it is,

They appear before you in a glowing white loving light and they have a gift for you and this gift is the most exquisite,

Beautiful,

Handmade embroidered fabric,

A beautiful rug,

A piece of material and they lay this rug,

This blanket,

This material,

However you see it,

They lay it out on the ground and they stand on this rug or this blanket or whatever you see with its beautiful tapestry,

Designs,

Patterns,

However you see it,

Sequence,

Beads,

However it looks to you and they invite you to stand on it as well and they hold their beautiful arms out to you and you embrace that love that they're giving you,

Only you,

They're here for you 100,

000% and you can feel the support and you know your knowing knows that you can surrender and relax completely in this moment and they beckon for you to lie down on this exquisite piece of material and you totally trust,

You totally trust whatever this guide is doing for you and they wrap you up,

They wrap you up like a little baby in a sense,

Cocooned,

Cocooned in red and even your face is being covered and you cannot see but you can sense your guide is still with you and you trust.

Now Aries is ruled by Mars,

The red planet,

You're wrapped up in red,

We're in your base chakra.

Aries,

The fiery energy is starting to heat up in that blanket.

Now just take yourself through the process of what has been coming up for you this month.

I truly feel that we're lying to ourselves if we say every single day has been perfect because we're living in a time where there's so many billions of people on this planet all at once,

All here to experience this amazing shift in consciousness at once and what that means is everyone has karma,

Drama,

Trauma and we cannot ignore it anymore.

So whatever is coming up for you,

What's happened in the month or even this year or last year,

It is time to get real with yourself and allow the red energy to bring up that anger or bring up that passion,

Bring up that fire.

You are in a safe environment,

You are in a safe environment to allow your thoughts to go wherever they want to go,

If it's into anger or rage or even the hurts from,

You know,

From what stems from anger or the hurts before the anger,

The pain,

The suffering.

There may be somebody in your life that you haven't been able to forgive or your past or the resentment,

The anguish,

The uncomfortableness.

Allow all these feelings to come to the surface.

You are encased and enclosed in red.

There is no escape.

You know that your guide holds the space for you.

You know that it is safe to rant and rave.

You may feel the injustices of the world.

You may feel the division between people,

Races,

Sexes,

Women and men,

Color,

Creed,

Religions.

You may feel in the Aries energy that your way is the right way and their way is the wrong way.

Let all these feelings meld together,

Meld together in the swirl of red.

Mars energy is also about wars,

All the wars going on around the world.

It's about the aggression,

Even sex out of context.

You may have a past history of a promiscuous you,

But that's okay.

We're not here in judgment.

We're here to bring it up for clearing.

This is the whole purpose under this potent Aries full moon.

We're drawing all this energy up so that you may look yourself in the mirror and love who you see,

Every single cell of who you are and what you have done and what you've experienced and what you are becoming.

So feel these experiences in your body and if there's any area in your body where it feels really extra uncomfortable,

Take a moment to focus on that part of the body.

I would encourage you after this meditation to write it all down and then to burn it or to look up the spiritual meaning of a sore hip or a sore foot or a sore or a heavy shoulder.

Wherever your attention is going to in your body,

There's trapped emotion that needs releasing.

Feel the rug warming up and it's starting to spark and arc up.

There's so much energy.

Red also represents energy and it's just almost becoming unbearable in that blanket.

You really really really want to escape it but you know if you sit in it and you feel it,

You will heal it so much faster.

Your guide says that is enough and unwraps you out of that sweat hot box of red.

You feel relief wash over you as the blanket starts to rise and starts to fly away into the universe taking everything that you've sweated out,

Every emotion of deep deep anger and sadness and grief and suffering.

This whole load has been taken off you and your guide holds you and as you sit back down on the ground with your guide there right with you,

You see in the distance the swirling mist,

This fog,

This mysterious energy starting to roll in.

If you're by the ocean you can see it rolling in over the the water or if you're out on a farm or on beautiful greenland you see it rolling over the hills and as you as it gets closer you notice that it is the color pink,

A pink hazy mist.

This mist engulfs you and when you have your eyes open all you can see is cloudy pink,

A baby pink color and you feel the gentleness of this pink.

You feel where all your heckles and nerve endings were standing up on end are starting to become calm and this mist is full of mystery and wonder.

You know it is a safe mist,

You know it is the unknown mist but you know pink is the color of love,

Like a pink rose quartz color,

Like a baby pink girl energy,

Child energy,

Feminine energy.

It doesn't mean if you're a man,

It doesn't mean that it's just all girly pink,

It is the representation of the pink and what this represents is the beautiful goddess feminine energy that wraps you up after all that male warlike rage anger energy.

This energy is gentle and with this energy comes the beautiful deities mother mary,

She's very prominent,

Mary magdalene,

Quan yin,

Artemis,

Lady nada.

How beautiful this energy representing these strong feminine figures is coming in to represent courage,

Strength,

Love,

Beauty,

Everything that is encoded within you and this is an extra layer for you to rise out of that red to rise out of that storm and be encased in this beautiful like it's like um how do i explain it i see it as fairy floss floating in fairy floss pink fairy floss allow this energy to come over you into every single cell of your body we are at a time of great change and this feminine energy is asking you to choose your battles with the utmost care there is division and dysfunction all around us there are distractions like we've never known before to pull us off this pink pathway of love to hold us back to muck with our minds muck with our bodies but no bring in this beautiful pink pathway of pink and as this beautiful candy floss is still enveloping you you look up and you realize you are in a pillar of light it doesn't matter how narrow or wide this pillar is it's a tube and when you look down you see the bright red that you were in that low vibrational red energy that was holding you back but the passion of the red springing you up into the pink the pink mist the mystique of love and beauty compassion joy peace and as you look up there is another color forming like a circle of color that is magenta your higher chakra your soul star that sits out of your body and above your head and you start to float up into this color of magenta a deep pink and purple color and this color represents a deeper compassion a deeper grace it's like we go through all our chakras in our body healing we are going up and down the different experiences that we have in each chakra and we're releasing karma and we're surrendering and then this one that sits above your head is when we are at that place that we can oversee our life we can look down and see where we have been why we have experienced it why these certain people were in our lives at the time this color magenta helps us have more a deeper grace and compassion for what we've been through so for example the perpetrator in your life that hurt you so badly to the core you now see as they were your teacher the only true way to wake you up into yourself so you have a deeper compassion for mankind for your neighbor for your relationships for why you are in your workplace why you are living in a certain suburb or a certain town or a certain country this beautiful color is seeping into your skin and into every single cell of your body it is awakening you it is allowing and helping you to step out of our single-mindedness and move more into our whole brain soul-mindedness and as you look down the red is becoming further and further away all your problems in your stormy fiery red energy is staying down on the deep base layer that area of our life where we feel like we are dredging through mud and you lifted yourself into this beautiful pink where the master energy energy the goddess energy is helping you healing you focusing you showing you a bigger picture seeing those wounds in the red that you are in the midst of healing and all these beautiful feminine goddess energies have helped pull you further up into your tube of light into that magenta where you are like the eagle the bird's eye now seeing the bigger picture now seeing why there is 8 billion people on this planet all at once trying to release or sort out their karmas and dramas and you see that line in the sand that you cannot procrastinate anymore you cannot stay in those old 3d low vibrational frequencies anymore because the earth is shifting up here as well she's already shifted and we are coming up to meet her so in this beautiful magenta color we find that deep deep acceptance of ourselves for all that we've been through for all that we have done the victim and the perpetrator we see it dissolve in forgiveness of ourselves and when we forgive ourself and we can look in the mirror and see those little love wrinkles and lines and blotches and splotches on our face and our body and still love who we are and how far we've come then we can forgive the others we can forgive those people starting the wars we cannot forget of course and we do not want to forget but when we lead our lives by example and we walk our walk and we stand in the magenta color of integrity in all areas of our life then we touch those leaders out there we touch their hardened hearts and as a collective one by one each leader will wake up and new leaders will come up through the ranks that are filled with love compassion a deep understanding for their people so as we look up in our tube of light working through our reddish shoes moving up into the unconditional pink and then the highest higher frequency of magenta we look up and way way way way way way up there in the distance you see your higher self you see your higher self sitting on a throne the throne may be a throne of gold a throne of beautiful flowers crystals however you see it that is you sitting in your higher innate wisdom how do you see yourself in that throne on that throne what age are you what color is your hair how bright are your eyes what clothing are you wearing this higher self of you has been there done that knows it all without ego and she or he is there to help you because you are her or him and he is you so you feel yourself moving out of this magenta color and floating up up up all the way up in this tube of light like the speed of lightning going way way way way up there and you connect with this higher self and you become one sitting on this throne and all of the sudden you have this clarity of knowing it all for you are the universe and the universe is you you are the planet earth planet earth is you you have this knowing that down on the earth you are a piece to this most important puzzle and every thought counts every deed counts but all slates are clear forgiven resolved and from this point of view from your higher self anything in your life is possible you know and you realize if you hold on to that old grudge that old resentment that old broken heart that old lie or story it's only going to hold you back and hurt you more so we become one with our higher self and in this moment open your mind to ask any questions any problem solving any solutions what you need to do down on earth in your life right now what action do you need to take for the action time is now it is upon us we cannot ignore it ignore it what can you do to serve to help yourself and then to help others to form together as communities friendships relationships love love and more love what's missing in your life perhaps you need to move cities or towns yourself or get out of the relationship you're in or change your work job your job with your guidance of your higher self step by step that can be done with ease and grace have a little chat with your higher self if not just bask in this beautiful high vibrational energy and feel the presence of that full moon way up there with you when you come back down to earth you know exactly the next step you need to take the next action or the next thought or the next affirmation or the next mantra the next step in your healing is vital right now and as you look down you can see the white light white light turning to magenta turning to pink turning to red and now you realize how dense that red is that base frequency energy is not where we want to stay and we can choose can choose to pull ourself out of any situation we're in and see it in a different way life is a gift no matter what hardships we've been through or are going through each and every day is an amazing day to be alive we are creating a new earth together earth together and as we create allow yourself in this high frequency to connect like ley lines beautiful pure white light lines to each and every other person on this meditation group energy higher consciousness energy collective consciousness i know over a hundred people listen to each full moon meditation each month so imagine how powerful we are right in this moment we don't all have to be listening to it at the same time because through the ethers there is no time through space and time we support each other love each other in this high frequency it doesn't matter who we've been or who we're going to be and we send out all those vibes all around this world around this whole planet ley lines of white light coming from you and coming from me gridding this planet with this beautiful high vibrational crystalline energy for we are united we are one we are the universe we have the power to change the course anywhere in the world we just need to focus together and that's what we're doing right now so let's focus on more love more peace more joy more integrity more pure truth feel the energy all around the planet feel the energy in your heart as it is burst open and let out any old little hurt big hurt out of your chakra out of your psyche cleared and you can stay in this beautiful energy for however long you want to but as an ending i do need to bring us back down that tube down through the white white light down into the color magenta feeling the colors as you come down down into the pink and down into the red and we're not feeling the anger anymore we're feeling the excitement and the passion running through our veins feeling the ground beneath you sitting on the ground with your guide looking up as you see the tube of light dissolve and the full moon out in its brightness and feeling the gratitude in your heart and i thank you so much for sharing this time with me connecting with me connecting to all
