Welcome,
My friend.
I'm so grateful to share this sacred time and space with you.
Wherever you happen to find yourself today,
Whether in your bed,
Out on a walk,
I'd like you to take a moment to feel your body supported,
Rooted like ancient trees,
Your breath sinking deep into the earth.
With each inhale,
Imagine roots growing strong and steady.
With each exhale,
The earth holds you,
Anchoring you,
Reminding you where you belong,
Right here,
Right now.
Try making each breath of air a little bit longer than your last.
Feel your breath rising upward,
A stream of light flowing through your spine,
Lifting you towards the sky.
You are both grounded and limitless,
The still point where earth and sky meet,
The threshold where inspiration begins.
And so,
Welcome once again,
You have arrived,
Not at a destination,
But at a pause,
A breath,
A doorway into yourself.
Today I'd like to offer you some words,
Words that carry the freedom of possibility.
This is a passage from the film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
For what it's worth,
It's never too late,
Or in my case,
Too early to be whoever you want to be.
There's no time limit,
Stop whenever you want,
You can change or stay the same.
There are no rules to this thing.
We can make the best or the worst of it.
I hope you make the best of it,
And I hope you see things that startle you.
I hope you feel things you never felt before.
I hope you meet people with a different point of view.
I hope you live a life you're proud of.
And if you find that you're not,
I hope you have the strength to start all over again.
Breathe that in.
Here we are.
It's never too late,
It's never too early,
There is no time limit,
There are no rules,
You are free to begin again.
Beautiful,
No?
So often we think we're running out of time,
That we're behind,
That we've missed our chance.
But life is not a race,
Life is a river,
It bends and flows.
Sometimes it moves way too fast,
Sometimes far too slow.
Every bend unveils a new horizon.
Take a deep breath with me here,
Inhale possibility,
Exhale limitation.
Your life is not merely measured by clocks or calendars,
It is measured by moments of aliveness.
By the times you startled yourself awake after sleeping for far too long.
By the times you dared to laugh even while mending a broken heart.
By the times you began again despite all the past failures.
Imagine for a moment that your life is a book,
The chapters behind you are written.
They hold your memories,
Your triumphs,
Your heartbreaks,
Your lessons.
But the pages ahead,
They are blank,
Waiting,
Open,
For you to joyously fill them with your greatest heart's desires.
With every inhale,
Envision ink filling the page,
With every exhale,
Envision old timelines,
Old shoulds,
Old pressure fading away.
You don't need them anymore.
What would you write if there were no rules?
What would you begin if there was no too late?
No too early?
I'd like you to reflect on some more wise words from Benjamin Button.
Some people were born to sit by a river,
Some get struck by lightning,
Some have an ear for music,
Some are artists,
Some swim,
Some know buttons,
Some know Shakespeare,
Some are mothers,
And some people dance.
And so,
What were you born to do?
What inspires you?
What moves you?
Allow yourself to receive,
To channel,
To embody what is truly meant for you.
Visualize a stream of radiant white light cascading through the crown of your head,
Filling every corner of you with pure inspiration and awe and potential.
What do you see?
What do you feel?
Picture yourself standing in a wide open field at sunrise.
The darkness rests behind you now,
Above the sky blushes in gold and pink.
Dew clings to the grass,
Each bead sparkling like its own microcosmos.
You draw in a breath,
The air is crisp.
You take a step forward,
And another,
Then another.
With each step,
The heaviness drifts away.
With each breath,
What once held tight begins to let go.
With every pulse,
Life invites you to start anew.
Join me for three final breaths.
Here we go.
Inhale strength.
Hold.
Exhale fear.
Inhale hope.
Exhale doubt.
Inhale courage.
Hold.
Exhale limitation.
If you're allowed,
Repeat after me.
Enter my next chapter.
I breathe new beginnings into my body.
Let them settle into every corner of your heart.
I confidently author my next chapter.
I breathe new beginnings into my body.
I honor the rhythm and timing.
I carry courage in my bones.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
As you return from this inward journey,
Carry this reminder.
Each sunrise lights the path of renewal.
Each breath is a verse in the poem of your becoming.
Each choice carries the promise of a new beginning.
You don't need to know your full life script.
You only need the courage to take the next step your heart has been yearning for.
And so it is.
Thank you for sharing this precious chapter with me.
Please do drop me a line and share this inward journey with others if it resonated.
Till we meet again,
Move with kindness,
With courage,
And with authenticity.
From my heart to yours.
Wana
