Good morning and welcome to this practice to help you get full of yourself.

I'm Wana and I'm so thankful for your valuable time and energy.

Before you rush out the door today,

Before the world starts pulling you in a thousand directions,

Before you start solving problems,

Chasing after things,

Or trying to fill any perceived voids,

Let's take a moment to pause and to recalibrate.

You see,

The mood in which you leave your house sets the tone for your entire day.

If you leave feeling like something is missing,

You'll attract more of that feeling of lack.

But if you leave knowing that you already have everything you need,

You step into the world like a powerful magnet for prosperity,

Love,

And joy.

And who doesn't want that?

This precious moment,

Right here,

Right now,

Before you go out there,

Is your chance to reconnect to your true essence,

Who is utterly worthy and complete.

So let's get to it.

You may wish to do this practice sitting or even standing up.

Whatever feels good to you,

Start by closing your eyes and sit or stand tall with your feet firmly planted on the floor.

Feel the earth supporting you as it always does.

There's nothing to do right now,

But simply be.

Let your body relax,

Your shoulders soften,

And your breath flow naturally.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Allowing your chest and belly to expand fully.

Hold the breath for a moment at the top,

And then release with a soft,

Full exhale.

Continue to breathe in a way that is calming to you.

Allow the chaotic mind to ease into a gentle presence by bringing your focus to the space around you.

Sense the air on your skin,

The subtle energy in the room,

And the stillness in your body.

There is no rush,

Only this moment.

Yes.

This moment is for you to remember that you are whole,

That you are enough,

And that you are not going anywhere because you need something.

I invite you to imagine that you're standing at the threshold of your door,

You're about to step out into the world,

But not to solve a problem,

Not to chase something you lack,

Not to take anything.

No,

You are already whole,

You are already abundant,

And so you're stepping out to share,

You're stepping out to give.

You are going out to express the truth of who you are.

Now,

I get it,

You may have a lot of thoughts that spring up to the exact contrary.

Thoughts of scarcity and not-enoughness.

Although these limiting beliefs may be deeply ingrained,

They are not the truth of who you are.

Go ahead and acknowledge any of these negativities.

Perhaps you feel a sense of lack,

Fear,

Or doubt about your wealth.

Maybe there are whispers of I don't have enough,

And so I'm not enough.

Or I need more to be whole.

I'm not worthy just as I am.

I must prove myself.

Do these beliefs show up anywhere in your body?

Is there tension in your chest?

A knot in your stomach?

A heaviness in your heart?

Do not judge them,

Just lovingly acknowledge that they are there.

After all,

You cannot heal what you do not accept.

Take another deep breath in,

And as you inhale,

Imagine you're gathering up all of these self-doubts that no longer serve you.

And as you exhale,

Gently release them.

Picture these mental blocks dissolving like fog in the light of the morning sun,

Lifting from your mind,

Your body,

And your soul.

You are letting go of these stories that do not serve you,

That tell you you're missing something.

These stories that you've gathered from family,

Friends,

Or society at large.

Sure,

These thoughts won't disappear overnight,

But with consistent daily alignment practice such as this,

You'll turn the volume down on them so much that they become nothing but a whisper that you can mute.

As you move through your day,

I dare you to keep recognizing that you are not lacking anything.

As you move through your day,

I dare you to keep recognizing that you are already whole and complete.

I dare you to believe that there is nothing outside of you that needs to be fixed or filled.

I dare you to believe that you are already complete.

You are already everything you seek.

There is nothing to chase,

Only to share.

Let this knowing guide your interactions,

Your choices,

Your energy,

And you'll be amazed at what you'll create from that space.

So let's anchor this trust into your heart with these affirmations… Silently repeat after me… I already have everything my soul needs.

I have wealth.

I have love.

I have security.

I am only going out to share with the world,

Not to take,

For there is nothing that I need.

Again,

Repeat this to yourself slowly.

Feel the truth of these words sinking deeper and deeper into your being.

I already have everything my soul needs.

I have wealth.

I have love.

I have security.

I am only going out to share with the world,

Not to take,

Allow those words to resonate through your chest,

Your heart,

Your entire being.

And so it is.

When you open that door,

Life will meet you exactly where you are.

The vibration of lack attracts more lack,

Whereas the vibration of wholeness attracts more wholeness.

Abundance attracts more abundance,

So make sure you step out there every single day feeling abundant and whole.

Take one more deep breath in… And as you exhale,

Feel a deep sense of peace and confidence rise up in you.

You are so ready to get out there.

Gently guide your hands to your heart in gratitude for our short but sweet practice.

Slowly open your eyes and carry this loving,

Thankful heart with you everywhere you go.
