And begin to watch the breath,
Watch the breath,
Notice the rise and fall of the breath.
And think of the body as being a square floating in a midnight blue space.
And feel the body little by little transform into liquid gold.
See the body glowing in space,
See its radiance.
Visualize the body seated on a black lotus,
See the body spread its luminosity around the world and feel connected and become one with the earth element.
And visualize the body floating in a midnight blue space.
And experience the body as a half moon shape.
Notice the white lotus at the throat and feel the body as fresh as the full moon.
Feel the body immersed in water.
And think mentally,
There's nothing else either in me or outside of me.
Feel the body liquefy.
Feel as if you're water.
Feel the body rise above the water,
Become water.
Be filled with a lunar glow arising from the lotus at the throat.
Become one with the element water and then let go of the water and contemplate the body as a triangle surrounded by a belt of fire.
Feel a burning emerge from the body.
A burning that burns everything that's inside and outside of the body.
Feel as if the body is the spirit of fire.
Bring awareness to the palate.
Feel the palate at the mouth producing a spark of fire.
Feel smoke at the mouth like the sun in a cloud of smoke.
Become the element fire.
Consider the light of the fire across the entire world.
And let go of the fire and visualize the body as a midnight blue sphere in which six drops of lighter blue are floating.
The drops vibrate and produce a sound.
Feel as if the body could cover great distances without tiring and can take the form of the wind.
Visualize the body as midnight blue.
Visualize the body as a sparking sapphire.
See the body as undescribable.
And let go of wind.
And visualize the midnight blue body.
And see it become transparent little by little.
Let the body become ether.
And experience a great spaciousness.
Become space.
Notice how the body can pass through elements.
Become invisible.
See the earth as porous.
Become the emptiness of a dark rocky cave.
Visualize ether,
Space positioned at the forehead.
Contemplate the body as the moon.
And then feel the body devoured by the eclipse.
And become divine.
And become the master of all mantras.
And then let go of this practice,
The yoga of five elements.
And bring the awareness to the chitakas,
The mind space in front of the closed eyes.
And in that space,
See her there,
Viparachitta.
The nitya of the subconscious.
She's naked with disheveled hair.
And she's the color of blue,
Blue like a lotus.
She's the goddess of the subconscious mind.
Unstoppable energy.
Perpetual movement.
And transformation.
She's here to help us sharpen our intuition.
Renew our creativity.
And strengthen our spiritual connection.
Tonight she knows her night is the time to trust instinctive feeling over conscious reasoning.
Viparachitta will stand by you as you journey into the inner self.
Be receptive to any messages you experience and knowledge that is imparted along the way.
Om Viparachitta Ye Namaha.
Ask her any question.
She might speak to you in the form of dreams or insights or intuitions.
Know that you can connect to her tonight before you go to bed or next month,
Six nights after the full moon.
And see her dissipate into the light of the moon.
And say goodbye to her by repeating her affirmation.
I honor my dreams.
Repeat it three times mentally with full awareness and the confidence that it will come true.
And then come back to the breath and make each inhale deeper and deeper.
And each exhale fuller and fuller.
Inhaling and exhaling deeply and fully.
Feel the weight of the body.
Feel the supports the body has used to maintain a position of comfort during the practice.
And begin to orient yourself.
Remember the body.
Remember the room where you're practicing.
Remember the walls.
What were the color of the walls?
Remember the ceiling.
What was the texture and color of the ceiling?
Remember the floor.
What was it made of?
Remember your position on the floor.
What posture did you choose for yoga nidra?
Come back to the breath.
Take some slow deep breaths.
And say to yourself mentally,
The practice of yoga nidra is now complete.
Keep the eyes closed but start to move the neck from side to side.
Move the head and neck slowly,
Slowly from side to side.
Wiggle the fingers and the toes.
Perhaps stretch the arms overhead.
Or take any kind of intuitive movement the body is asking for.
And when you're ready roll over onto your side.
And use this as a transition to push up to seated.
And in a seated position bring your hands to the heart center.
Om Viparachatayi Namaha.
Hari Om Tat Sat.
Namaste.
Namaste.
