Instead of focusing on the outcome or the pressure to perform,

Let's shift our attention to the feeling of trust.

Trust in yourself.

Trust in the process.

Think about the small steps you can take.

These steps don't have to be perfect or monumental.

They can be tiny,

Almost insignificant.

The important thing is to acknowledge them as valid and valuable.
