Welcome to Whispers of the Heart.
Guided meditations.
I'm your host and guide,
Noriko Tanigawa.
We often hear that we are the creator of our own lives.
That our thoughts,
Our choices,
And our actions shape the life we experience.
And there's truth in that.
But we're never creating alone.
Our lives are woven together.
With the people around us.
With our partners,
Our families.
Our friends.
Communities.
And even with people we may never meet.
Every interaction.
Create something.
A word can create connection.
Or distance.
A moment of listening.
Can create safety.
A reaction can create tension or understanding.
And sometimes without realizing it.
We participate in creating patterns we never consciously choose.
We may bring our fear into a conversation.
And receive here in return.
We may bring defensiveness and create more defensiveness.
Or we may pause.
Listen.
And choose something different.
In that moment,
We become conscious of the space we are creating together.
And this extends beyond our personal relationships.
Every day,
We encounter stories.
Opinions,
News,
And endless streams of information.
We scroll.
We react.
We common.
We share.
And even when we believe,
We are simply consuming what is happening in the world.
We are also participating in it.
Our attention is powerful.
Our reactions matter.
Not because we can control what happens around us.
But because we have a choice in what we contribute to what happens next.
Co-creation does not mean that we are responsible for everything that happens.
We cannot control another person's choices.
We cannot control the world around us.
And we cannot always choose what enters our lives.
But we can become aware of what we bring into the space between us.
We can pause before we react.
We can listen before we respond.
We can ask ourselves,
What am I contributing to this moment?
What am I helping create?
And perhaps this is where conscious co-creation begins,
Not with controlling the world around us,
But with becoming more intentional about what we bring into it.
So today,
You're invited to gently explore the spaces you share with others.
The relationships.
The conversations,
The communities,
And even the wider world you encounter each day.
To notice what you are creating with your words,
Your attention,
Your presence,
And your choices,
And to remember that every interaction is an opportunity to create something new.
Something more conscious,
More compassionate.
More connected.
This is Creating Together,
Meditation on co-creation.
And whenever you're ready.
Let's begin.
This exploration of the spaces between us and the possibility of what we can create together.
Find a comfortable seat.
Or lie down.
Let's create this.
Cozy.
Safe and vulnerable space together today.
Whatever you need to Keep this space.
Safe and comfortable.
Feel free to grab your favorite blanket.
Favorite pillow,
Whatever you need.
Pause your meditation if you need some moment to gather your items.
And come back whenever you're ready.
And now let's start our practice by taking a deep breath in and out three times.
Let's take a deep breath in.
And breath out.
Let's take another deep breath in.
And breath out.
And one more time,
Let's take a deep breath in.
And breath out.
Allow your breath.
To return to normal.
And let's witness our breath coming in and out.
And feel this presence that keeps your heartbeat.
And your breath.
As your partner of co-creation.
This unconditional loving force.
Is creating life with you as we speak.
So even when you feel you're alone,
You're not alone.
And even when you think you're doing everything all on your own,
You are not.
You are always with this unconditional loving force of the universe.
A new life.
As it is right now stands on.
So many other people.
Creating things for you,
With you.
Just like this world that you live in will never be the same without you.
The world you live in will not be the same without everybody else.
I want you to feel the floor supporting you.
If you are lying down on your bed,
Then I want you to feel the mattress.
And think of all the people who took part in creating.
Where you are right now.
Whether it's a floor or a mattress,
Someone had to make it.
And install it.
Bring that from the factory to where you love.
And since then.
.
.
You and probably other people have used this.
So even now,
This creation of this safe,
Comfortable meditative space.
It was done not just by you,
But.
.
.
So many other people.
Can you take this opportunity to send gratitude?
Thank you.
Thank you for creating.
Thank you for helping me create this beautiful space.
In the last episode,
I talked about how.
.
.
Scarcity.
Can trigger a superpower which is Creativity.
And I do firmly believe.
That our power to create is.
Such a powerful an amazing superpower that we all possess.
So for today's meditation we want to dig a little bit deeper into our creativity and Understand how.
We intermingle.
Creative power with.
Everything and everyone around us.
So beyond our physical body.
We are energetic being.
And When I say this,
It sounds so woo-woo,
But.
.
.
Um.
.
.
What I mean by that is.
.
.
That we always have emotions.
We are.
.
.
Creature or.
.
.
Emotional energy.
We are always feeding something.
And that energy.
Is something we always communicate,
Broadcast,
And interact outward.
Our emotion is like our portal.
That connects our inner world without a world.
What we feel.
Is what we project outward.
And what we project outward is what we create and co-create with others.
So are emotions and feelings alike.
A cobble.
Or a dye that you can add to color that water.
And imagine.
In the world around you,
There is this.
Bowl of water.
And you're adding to it by adding new emotions.
It can be sometimes happy and peaceful.
Sometimes stressful.
Frustrated,
Sad,
Angry.
So we are adding this tiny drop.
Into this big water.
And can you imagine if everybody else is doing so?
You might be just a one tiny tiny drop in the water.
But you drop.
Affects the others.
So for example.
Is viewport.
A drop of yellow.
And someone else next to you.
Choose to put a drop of blue.
And guess what happens that becomes green?
So this is how co-creation works in an energetic world.
We are communicating.
And broadcasting are.
Emotional vibrational state.
And that gets interacted with others and that creates different colors.
And this is why sometimes.
When you talk to someone.
You just feel that you are not quite on the same page with that person.
It creates conflict.
It creates dissonance.
And Be in love.
Creating this energy that makes Both of us.
Feeling bad?
And that is because the energy that we need.
Broadcast to each other.
Created some.
Dissonance Likewise,
You might talk to someone.
Very inspirational.
Sometimes that's enough to lift you more.
Feel inspired.
And that's because you chose to interact with that energy.
So we can say that we are interacting with our energy at all times,
Even when we think we are alone.
You can be all alone in your house.
And still interact with your energy with others.
You might.
React.
To our social media posts or the news.
And whenever you do that,
You're co-creating.
Or just responding to an email or text.
That's also a moment of co-creation because you are mingling your energy with others.
And even if you're all on your own.
Not talking to anyone,
You are still lingering your energy.
With that of your inner child.
You hide yourself.
And whatever other vibration that is being broadcasted.
Especially if you are an energy sensitive person.
So with all these energy coming in and out and through your life.
We are?
Creating and co-creating at all times.
And co-creation doesn't mean.
Creating something physically together.
Just like an old couple can spend hours just sitting next to each other and saying absolutely nothing and be peaceful.
Co-creation doesn't necessarily mean.
You have to say something or you have to do something.
And sometimes we can get.
Emotionally hijacked.
The thought of anger and frustration and bad mood can take over us.
It gets so loud in our body that we have no choice but broadcasting to anyone.
Who comes near us,
Whether they're your family,
Your friend,
Co-workers.
Or total strangers.
So we can.
Co-create.
With a very aggressive negative energy as well.
And this is true,
Especially for those of us who are.
Energy-sensitive that's we need to be very aware of.
The kind of energy we are broadcasting outwards.
As well as the type of energy that we let in into our lives.
Sometimes we have no choice.
We might hear devastating news that makes us.
.
.
Upset or some other upsetting event might come into our lives.
And that's okay.
That's part of our life.
And that has nothing to do with whether you are loved or not.
Or whether you or other people are good enough or not.
But those are especially the times.
We can practice some discernment.
You see,
It's one thing to witness.
A very strong emotional energy from somewhere.
And it is for another thing for us to let that energy.
Control us.
We can always choose to.
Take a step back and not engage with that energy.
And whenever you choose not to interact with some of those very strong and negative energies,
That is where boundary setting comes into play.
So while we are co-creating with something and everything.
All at once.
All the time.
We can also Learn to step back.
And have some boundaries to that.
You're not engaging with that energy.
It's a full example.
The news that is very shocking and makes you feel very sad,
Frustrated,
And anxious.
You can choose.
To react with that news.
And let that energy into your life or you can take a step back.
And react with any intention.
Maybe the feeling of restlessness and lack of peace mind.
Open your eyes.
For the need to cultivate.
The peace within you.
When someone says something that is very unkind to you,
That is very hurtful?
You can take a step back.
And stay with your inner child.
And take this moment to cultivate more self-love.
And not let other people define who you are or how you are.
We can choose.
How we interact with those energies.
We don't always have to be.
The victim too.
Of very powerful and aggressive energy out there.
We can learn to take a step back.
Slow it down.
And see if you want.
Part of it or not.
And I know what this is.
Easier said than done.
Boundary setting was probably one of the hardest thing I did and I'm still working on.
So next time you are wondering.
When to stand up for yourself.
The only question you need to ask.
At any given situation is this.
What is the most loving thing I can do to myself?
Is the most loving thing you can do to yourself.
Say no right now.
So let's take a few moments.
To think of.
What is the most loving things you can do to yourself right now?
Simply place of focus.
To your heart and ask.
Okay.
So what do you think?
Maybe you got.
A very wise advice.
Maybe you've been told to rest.
Or relax a little bit more.
To that passion project of yours.
Or it could be that you didn't hear anything,
And if that's the case,
That's okay.
You see?
The vibration of asking questions.
Is not the same as receiving the answer.
Sometimes it takes us a while.
To get into this receiving mode.
And even if you don't hear your answer during this meditation,
You will be given an answer at some point.
It may not be today.
Maybe tomorrow,
Or two or three days later,
Or even a week afterwards.
But when you receive your answer.
You know.
It will come as sort of epiphany or instant download of truth.
And this is how.
We create.
Without intention.
And be aware,
All.
All the other energies that we are interrupting at all times.
You see,
The world that we live in,
It's not.
Just.
.
.
You.
Living by yourself all alone.
Even if you are living alone.
Your life.
Is built upon so many other people.
Making it possible for you.
So never forget that.
And because we're this,
Just one thread.
Oh,
Gus.
Big,
Beautiful tapestry of life that we are weaving together with everyone else.
Our intention.
How we choose to carry our lives.
Becomes even more important and poignant.
So be the thread.
That can touch many people's hearts.
And remind all the threats that you come in contact in your life.
About unconditional love that we all have already.
You are love.
And so is everybody else.
As I speak here now and as you're listening,
We are co-creating this.
Safe,
Loving space.
So thank you for creating this.
Safe loving space together.
And let's bring this.
Safe loving vibration back into our physical realm.
So that we can share with everyone that you interact with.
For the rest of today and beyond.
Slowly.
We go on toes and fingers.
Rotate our wrists and ankles.
And whenever we are ready.
Slowly.
Open our eyes.
Welcome back.
Whenever you feel lonely or.
.
.
You feel like.
You're getting nowhere in your life.
Come back to this practice and remind yourself.
Your presence alone.
It means so much,
Not just to you,
But to everyone else.
Everyone you know and you don't know.
Because the world we all live in today,
Right now in this moment,
Will not be the same without you.
And this also will not be the same without anybody else,
Including those people that we don't like.
And we are co-creating.
As we speak.
Continuously broadcasting this emotional energy that we feel.
And mingling with everybody else's energy.
So thank you for choosing to hit the play button today.
And if you know of anybody else.
Who will be interested in co-creating this safe,
Healing,
Loving space.
Please share this practice.
